Jeanie is the Practice Manager at UrgentVet Prosper and brings over 15 years of experience in general practice veterinary care. Originally from The Colony, Texas, Jeanie’s love for animals began early—her pets have always been her closest companions and sparked a lifelong passion for the veterinary field.
Jeanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from American Military University in Charles Town, West Virginia. Outside of UrgentVet, she enjoys beekeeping, gardening, and creating artisan soaps. She’s also an avid outdoor enthusiast who loves spending time with her family and animals.
At home, Jeanie is surrounded by a full house of pets, including Summer the Cavapoo, Sninik the Dalmatian, and her cats Sookie (a tuxedo) and Paris (a Siamese). One of her most cherished memories is bringing home Summer as a puppy for her daughter—a moment filled with instant and lasting love.
A proud mom of four, Jeanie is dedicated to creating a welcoming, compassionate environment for both pets and their people, and she’s excited to care for the Prosper community alongside the UrgentVet team.
