Fallon brings 15 years of veterinary experience to UrgentVet Newtown, with a career that began in general practice as a client service representative and grew into roles as a veterinary assistant, anesthesia technician, shift lead, and now practice manager. Her journey through nearly every aspect of a veterinary hospital gives her a unique perspective on supporting both her team and the families they serve.

Originally from Bordentown, New Jersey, Fallon found her way into veterinary medicine after spending several years working in human healthcare. What started as an unexpected career change quickly became a lifelong passion, and she has been dedicated to caring for pets ever since.

One of Fallon’s fondest animal memories is of her childhood cat, Smokey, who sparked her lifelong love of animals. Smokey was more than a pet—he was her best friend and the inspiration behind the compassion she brings to veterinary medicine every day.

Fallon studied at Windsor Institute of Technology in Lawrence, New Jersey, where she earned her license in Phlebotomy and Medical Assisting. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, drawing, pet sitting, cruising, giving back by feeding those in need, spending time with her granddaughter, and making the most of every day.

At home, Fallon lives with her mother and their five furry companions: three cats—Imani, Queenie, and Naomi—and two dogs, Nesta and Penelope.

A fun fact about Fallon? She loves making people smile and considers herself someone who’s always fun to be around!
