Melissa Davis grew up in Ligonier, PA right outside of Pittsburgh. Since she was a child, she has held a love for cats, especially her soul cat named Dupuis. Dupuis was Melissa’s partner in crime and always greeted her at the door ready for their conversations. A little over a year after Melissa had her son, Parker, Dupuis decided Melissa would be okay without her as Parker would fill the void.
Outside of the clinic, Melissa loves spending time with her family – her husband, Andy, Parker, and their three cats – Nebula, Loki, and Johnny. They often attend Charlotte Checkers hockey games and concerts! Melissa also shares a love for all things Disney, Marvel, and Harry Potter. Other than her love for cats, she does admit she will snuggle all Pomeranians.
Melissa joins UrgentVet with a total of 12 years of veterinary experience ranging in general practice and emergency veterinary hospitals. She’s proud to lead the Charlotte, North Carolina team as they care for pets in the area.
