A R0 days agoI am beyond thrilled with my experience here. I didn’t get her name but the vet tech with the dreads was wonderful. She was so warm and caring from the moment we walked in. She even brought me snacks because I didn’t have a chance to eat before running my Toby in tonight. Dr. Maxey was great as well. She was thorough and helped me understand what was done to my puppy and why. They were able to work with me in bringing the price down significantly by eliminating some tests by telling me which ones we really should do and helped me decide how to proceed. I am not one bit upset at the bill, which would’ve been three times as much at a veterinary ER. My puppy is still sick and we unfortunately were unable to figure out what’s causing it tonight. Not for any lack of trying on the staff’s part either. But they took great care of him and gave me some comfort tonight. I feel so blessed to live so close to this place in case any other pet emergencies arise.Posted on Google

Cat Hauser0 days agoTHE BEST! We’ve been to three emergency vets in the last 4 months for random things (crazy dogs) and they all help and are great but this place was so fast, so kind, the best price, and just all around amazing. Their staff was the best and I really appreciated the immediate care they provided!Posted on Google

Bryce1 days agoI rushed my cat to them after he stopped breathing. As soon as I got there they rushed to the back and started CPR. Unfortunately he did not make it. They explained it to me and asked if they wanted me to stop cpr. I really appreciate them asking. they brought him to me in a blanket and he was on a small cat bed. They let me hold him for as long as I wanted. They didn’t try to rush me. The people that work here are AMAZING.Posted on Google
Selina Poss1 days agoI would absolutely recommend this place to my friends and even a stranger looking for help for their pet. The ladies were great and the Doc was so awesome. Went to another urgent care for my dog and left unhappy. I could see they wanted the money more than finding my dogs issue. Not this place, they truly care about your animals. 10/10 I highly recommend!Posted on Google

My darling pets have always received the best care and everything is always explained clearly. PLEASE consider extending your business hours !!Posted on Google
Jackie Aguilar1 days agoI took my puppy to them and they took care of us quickly and we're very clear when explaining the situation to us. I tried to set an appointment with my regular vet but they didn't had any openings and it seemed to me that they didn't care for my puppy needs. The nurses and the doctor are very nice and I can see how dedicated and loving they were towards my puppy. I'm very happy with them and if you have an emergency don't think it twice and head to this location.Posted on Google

Natasha2 days agoI brought my senior cat in two days in a row for poor recovery from a surgery at a different clinic. Everyone that worked with us was so kind. I think they could tell I was a nervous wreck, and they were able to calm my nerves. They thoughtfully listened and took their time gathering her history, explained recommendations/benefits/risks, provided upfront estimates, included me in the plan of care, and weren't pushy with treatment, but most importantly - they were all so compassionate and gentle with us. Dr. Krista LeGrand and her team were phenomenal. They even called the next day to check on her. I 100% would recommend them for any urgent pet care needs.Posted on Google

Brantley J2 days agoIf I could give Kylee and Dr. G more than five stars, I would. After losing my soul dog last spring, I carry a lot of fear around urgent veterinary visits. When my dog Nala was bitten and needed stitches, I was terrified. Being able to schedule her urgent visit and secure our spot while we made the 35-minute drive took away one immediate worry. Then Kylee welcomed us so warmly when we arrived. I told Kylee and Dr. G about my loss and how afraid I was of losing another dog I love. They listened, took my fear seriously, and showed such genuine care for both Nala and me. Their kindness and gentle demeanor meant more than I can express. I have never felt so cared for during a vet visit or let’s be honest a doctors visit for myself. I cannot rave enough about these two wonderful professionals. I honestly wish Kylee and Dr. G had a regular practice of their own so my babies could see them whenever they need care, not only in an emergency. (And a clone of them both for people care wouldn’t be so bad either) Thank you both for helping Nala and for making a frightening day feel so much less overwhelming.Posted on Google

Deirdre McGaw2 days agoyesterday at 6:00pm, I took a 10 day old kitten that I thought was going to die. He had a fever, diarrhea, and I had to force feed him. I went home with an antibiotic, a probiotic and deworming medicine. woke up every hour and either gave him a med or continued to force feed him. This morning he still had the fever but by noon it was gone and he nursed like he had before he got sick. He gain back all the weight he had lost, and I have a kitten that I'm sure is going to be alive for a long time. So thank you very much for doing what you do. Here’s a picture of him climbing in his playpen that a took today 24 hours after he couldn’t even hold his head upPosted on Google

Erin Granger3 days agoMy 9 yr old pitty baby started walking with a head tilt and started being very unsteady while walking, my husband and I observed him over the weekend and with no progress to his symptoms we decided to take him in after work. We drove from Tooele to Midvale to take him to what used to be Blue Pearl Animal ER - in which we were unaware is no longer there, thankfully with a quick Google-ing we found UrgentVet down the street and headed there. The staff at UrgentVet was immediately attentive in greeting us, advising an estimated wait time and giving us updates throughout about the continued wait and stopping to love on our big boy. While the original wait time was just shy of two hours they got us back in about half of that maybe a bit more but a cut wait time is a cut wait time and I can’t complain about that! When we were brought back there was very little wait time for the tech, from tech to vet and vet to treatment plans - price & privacy to make our decision on care with absolutely NO pressure to pursue any specific treatment option. My boy (big but not so brave) was so patiently, gently & lovingly handled by the techs for 2 recommended & needed injections and an elective ear cleaning. The vet was great with care and communication with options. Additional & important to us; the entire office was CLEAN, it didn’t smell like a vets office, the beverage / check in counter wasn’t dirty, the waiting area was spread out nicely and comfortable. Overall I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome of sudden change and a visit to a vet clinic we’d never been to before and I couldn't be more thankful for the care given to my sweet meathead of a baby!Posted on Google

Both the tech and vet worked compassionatly to diagnose Sheba's problem and professionally layout the options and the cost of each without judgement. They spent plenty of time with me answering my questions, actually sitting down to make sure the care plan was clear. And to my surprise the cost was very reasonable and Sheba is on the mend. Barbara Anne Eagles3 days agoBeing the pet owner of several animals for numerous years, unfortunately I have had to use emergency vets for different situations. Most recently I had to bring my dog in and I can’t say enough good things about this practice. I found them online. I was able to check in and they took me as soon as I got there at my scheduled time. They were professional, courteous, and patient the entire time. They explained what they were going to do and did exactly what they said. Also very reasonably priced and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary tests or other items that other places have done in the past. I highly recommend! If I ever need emergency vet services again, I’ll be sure to use them.Posted on Google
Tina Ramirez3 days agoThe staff at UrgentVet is so unbelievably kind and handled my childhood dog’s end of life care beautifully. They really understand how hard the process can be and do everything they can to make the experience dignified. They have a private room in the back that is staged to resemble a living room with sofas, music, and dog beds with blankets. I thought it felt much more comfortable than a regular room with a metal table. What really touched me was the kindness from the technician and doctor. The girl who explained everything told me that I was not doing anything wrong by making my decision. I felt extremely guilty and hearing those words helped. The doctor also talked to me through the entire process and asked about the years that I had him. Talking about those memories briefly distracted me from what was happening. After, the staff even sent a condolence card with messages and his paw and nose prints. These small details made a really hard moment a little more bearable. I will never forget the kindness they showed my fur baby and family. Thank you UrgentVet staff.Posted on Google

Jordan “Jak” S3 days agoFlexible - fairly priced- compassionate expertise We took our cat here after he developed a sudden very serious respiratory issue that was escalating very quickly. Not only were they able to get him in asap (within the hour) they took immediate life saving actions when it turned out he was in really dire condition They made sure to make him comfortable and didn’t hesitate to take needed measures as well as keeping me informed of what was happening and walking us through our options. I can’t say enough about their service and professionalism- they saved my sweet boy! I’m deeply grateful for their expertise and flexibility. They even checked in the next day and had us come back in for extra safe guards when he was lacking an appetite. Great communication all around. I’d recommend them 100% and they were also fairly affordable for the type of urgent attention and amount of medical attention he ended up needing. So happy I found them when we needed helpPosted on Google

Jillian Wolcott3 days agoWe cannot say enough wonderful things about this veterinary office and the incredible compassion they showed us during one of the most heartbreaking days of our lives. After 17 beautiful years with our beloved cat, we had to make the incredibly difficult decision to say goodbye as she crossed the Rainbow Bridge. It was a moment filled with unimaginable sadness, but the kindness, patience, and understanding shown to us by the entire staff made an unbearable experience a little easier. They treated our sweet girl with such gentleness, dignity, and respect. They understood that she wasn't “just a cat”—she was our family, our companion, and a deeply loved part of our lives for 17 years. They gave us the time and privacy we needed to say our final goodbye, and they handled every moment with such tenderness. What meant the most was the compassion they showed not only to her, but to us. They understood our grief and never rushed us through such an emotional experience. Their comforting words and caring presence will stay with us forever. Saying goodbye after 17 years is one of the hardest things we have ever had to do. While no one could take away the pain of losing her, this wonderful team helped make sure her final moments were peaceful, loving, and dignified. We will always be grateful that they were there for our girl when she needed them most. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for caring for her and for helping us through one of the most difficult moments of our lives. We highly recommend this veterinary office to anyone looking for people who truly care—not only for their patients, but for the families who love them. ❤️🐾🌈Posted on Google

Tereasa Freeman3 days agoWhen I took Ghost in late at night I never expected a heart issue. The staff took so much time and with great compassion explained the circumstance. As I said goodbye to a very dear and loyal friend, the staff gave me time with him and provided much needed support for my decision. When I received the urn with his name, I was very much impressed with the quality. But I was surprised at the heart felt sentiment shared in the card with personalized notes from the staff at UrgentVet, the angel vessel with Ghost's fur, the paw print in plaster and nose and paw print cards. Although I will miss my time with Ghost playing ball, splashing in the pool and howling at random times, the staff at UrgentVet helped me hold him tightly in my heart forever! Cassandra Hennings4 days agoWe brought our little old man (baby boy) in because his UTI symptoms seemed not to be improving even after a couple weeks of treatment, and we were getting pretty worried. They kindly did some basic tests to see how his bladder and all that were doing and helped put our minds at ease, got him some more antibiotics as well as some pain meds, and forwarded all the tests to our primary vet so they were up-to-date when they opened on Monday. The people who spoke to us were all friendly and seemed extremely knowledgeable about his symptoms and treatment options, which I appreciated very much. It's good to know they're an option when our normal vet is closed on the weekends.Posted on Google

Ash4 days agoVet tech Alissa & Dr. Bernie are incredible staff! I brought my newly adopted kitten here after he had respiratory problems and a nosebleed going for a few days. Alissa was incredibly quick and compassionate towards my kitten, I sincerely appreciated her skill and care during the exam. She was very respectful and delicate during the restraining process, I admire that skill since I am unfortunately not as elegant for lack of better word when trying to handle my cat through difficult but necessary times. It hurts a lot to see my cat cry and so I struggle to stay calm, but this lady is incredible to maintain professionalism and a compassionately "sturdy" composure. This is my first time owning a cat as well, so I asked a lot of likely beginner heard-a-million-times questions to the Dr and tech about about the exam, procedures, and medications involved as well the potential diagnoses. I appreciate Dr. Bernie being patient and transparent with me through that process. I came in uncertain and nervous about my cat, left with a plan and all questions answered. They kindly walked me through how to administer antibiotics for him as well, and rest assured I dont have a primary vet at time of visit but I can still forward this visit to them soon after intake. Thank you!Posted on Google

They were more efficient and kind and presented options for tests allowing me to pick the ones I felt were necessary. They had good advice for my regular vet to follow up. They were all very kind and attentive to both my dog and me, answered my many questions and treated my dog well. As expected the bill was high but the vets always are.Posted on Google

TJ4 days agoWhen you have to make one of the most difficult decisions in the life of your pet. This place is top class. Had to make that decision and was not at all ready. Our fur babies never live long enough. Every staff member was so polite and compassionate. Took time explaining everything. Let us have the room for as long as we need. Helped us back to the car. This place is top notch. Thanks for being so kind during one of the hardest decisions ever we had to make for fur baby. She is without pain now and not suffering. But her memories will live forever. Thank you to everyone that helped that fur baby get her wings.Posted on Google

LK Porter5 days agoThis was our first visit to UrgentVet in USC. We needed help with our Siamese cat for an ongoing issue and were referred to this location by a relative who previously had a very positive experience We were impressed with the option of reserving an appointment online on a Saturday morning. Upon arrival, Brianna immediately directed us to an exam room on time. After a short screening, Dr Henn saw Max and carefully listened to our concerns. Dr Madelon Henn was attentive and kind. Her exam confirmed that she recognized the issue, and offered suggestions to get us through the weekend until we could see our regular vet. We have visited emergency services for other pets, but this was by far the best. It is worth noting the office was spotlessly clean. We were in and out in a very short time, and the price was most reasonable for urgent care. Max is an elderly cat and the staff respected without judgement our wishes to treat him with comfort measures rather than further invasive testing. I am happy to report Max responded well to medication and had a restful night last evening. We are grateful to the doctor and staff who cared for Max. We highly recommend USC UrgentVet.Posted on Google

Ruth5 days agoWe brought our girl Abby to UrgentVet Naples tonight after she developed really terrible diarrhea. We had no idea just how serious things were until they did her bloodwork and discovered that she basically had no platelets. Dr. Bradley Temple and the entire team were incredible with Abby and with us. They took our concerns seriously from the beginning, did everything they could to figure out what was happening. Dr. Temple took the time to explain everything, what our options were, what they were doing to treat her, and exactly what we needed to watch for overnight. He never made us feel rushed and what I appreciated most was that we felt like Abby genuinely mattered to them. When you're scared for your dog and suddenly hearing words like critically low platelets, possible bleeding and blood transfusions, it's incredibly scary. Having a veterinarian and staff who are calm, compassionate and willing to explain everything makes such a huge difference. I am incredibly grateful that we brought her to UrgentVet and that Dr. Temple and his team were there to take care of our girl. Thank you for treating Abby like she mattered and for helping us through what was a really scary night for our family. We won't forget it.Posted on Google

P D5 days agoWe had to take our pup KC to urgent care after she was stung by a bee, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the doctor and staff. From the moment we walked in, everyone was kind, compassionate, and incredibly attentive. Cassandra especially impressed me. She seemed to know what was wrong with KC before I even fully understood what was happening. Her knowledge, calmness, and genuine care immediately put me at ease. Being away from home made the situation even more stressful, but the entire team treated KC like she was their own. They were thorough, reassuring, and made sure we understood what was happening and what KC needed. I am so grateful we found such an amazing urgent care team when we needed them most. Thank you to the doctor, Cassandra, and the entire staff for taking such great care of our girl. You truly made a scary situation so much easier for us. ❤️🐾 KC is one very loved little pup, and we are incredibly thankful she was in such good hands.Posted on Google

Madison5 days agoMy regular vet recommended I take my cat here when they could not get him in for an urgent matter and I’m so glad I listened to them! I have since had to go back 3 different times due to it being after hours or not being able to get in with my vet and each time the whole staff is so welcoming, calming, understanding, patient, informative, and personable. I have seen 3 different doctors and each one has provided my cats with the best care. I like that you can leave there with the medication to start getting your pet on the mend asap. I also really love that they follow up with you a few days later to see how your pet is doing, that is great customer service. While I hope I don’t have anymore emergencies with my babies, I have peace of mind knowing this team is there.Posted on Google

B McG5 days agoI'm so grateful for UrgentVet. My dog had problems on Friday night into Saturday. Of course our vet is closed on Saturday. I thought she had a urinary tract infection and didn't really want to bring her to a pet ER. I'm grateful for those, but it wasn't an emergency. UrgentVet was amazing! I called and booked an appointment. As soon as I walked in someone brought us to a room, checked us in, and minutes later the vet was in. Everyone was amazing. I wish I remembered their names. The vet was great. Very through and no one pushed us into anything. We had the freedom to pick which diagnostics we wanted them to do based on what the vet recommended. Oh, and we can call with questions and if we need to come back within, I think, 72 hours there's no office visit fee. I wouldn't hesitate to come back. Highly recommend!!!!❤️🐶Posted on Google

She spent a good amount of time with us and explained everything in simple terms. Cost was very reasonable compared to a visit to an ER. Very professional urgent care vet. Definitely recommend! Update: Received fully documented record of visit via email with complete information for what was done and what we need to do. Outstanding!Posted on Google

Snelly19875 days agoChristy was amazing during what was a very stressful and urgent situation with my cat. It was a busy Friday at the clinic, but she quickly assessed my cat and recognized the urgency of the situation. She asked very clear questions while paying close attention and checking my cat. She kept me updated on what was happening and what was needed, which meant a lot because I was definitely an emotional and worried mess. The Dr. and staff were so warm and gentle with him and really comforted me. I really appreciated how attentive she was and how seriously she took his care. Ashley Cosgrove5 days agoHonestly, this place has the BEST doctor I have ever encountered in my 36 years of life. We brought our Wynston in because he was in pain, and the doctor came into the waiting room, sat right down on the floor with him, and took the time to bond with him and sweet-talk him. ❤️ She showed so much genuine compassion and gave off such a true animal-loving vibe. I have honestly never experienced a vet who showed that level of compassion and care toward an animal. Normally, it feels like, “Let’s get him/her on the table and figure out what’s wrong.” But she was completely different—in the absolute BEST way. You could tell she genuinely cared about Wynston and wanted him to feel comfortable and safe. That kind of compassion means so much, especially when your pet is hurting and you’re already worried. We are incredibly grateful we found her! ❤️🐾Posted on Google

Ultimately, we came up with a plan that worked for us, and were supported throughout. Debbie Craig7 days agoFirst time I had to use an Urgent Vet and called and got 3 that said sorry can’t take him. So i called Urgent Vet in Upper St Clair ..crying and from the first hello they were amazing I had to take my almost 15 yr Goldendoodle there Friday (his vet was closed) and from the moment we walked in the doors I knew he and us were in great hands. Kelly was amazing with my dog and us as we were faced with making the hardest decision they kept reassuring us (both Kelly and the Vet) no rush take your time be comfortable with your decision. They confirmed with what I knew he suffered a seizure while I was at work (he hasn’t had one for almost 1-1/2 yrs since he been medicated) and he indeed had a brain tumor that was getting worse. It took me 3 hours to get comfortable with the decision and during the 3 hours Kelly and the Vet made sure we weren’t alone and always reassuring us to take our time. Though I hope I don’t have to be back anytime soon this place was amazing they turned the worse decision I’m had to face into me feeling like I made the best decision for my dog and live for him without being selfish and letting him go on and suffer Thank you Kelly and Vet !Posted on Google

Consented to examination and were referred to the ER, they forwarded all of my dog’s information and provided us with an estimate. They showed concern and empathy as if though my dog were their own. Very caring and attentive to my dog’s needs, Jacqueline even brought in a bed so my dog would feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Made us feel at homePosted on Google
Sue Cortright7 days agoUrgentVet is wonderful . Dr.Wark I can't say enough good things about her She is that awesome. She is kind and caring and explains what is happening as she diagnoses the issue at hand. Dr Wark treats you and your fur babies like her own family and that is priceless. I can't forget to mention Katie she is awesome. Katie has a very caring heart and in a crisis it's nice to have a beautiful soul like Katie to help you through the emergency at hand. Thank you all for the kindness you shared and the gentle way you took care of our best fur friend Mick. "The sweetest kitty ever". I highly recommend UrgentVet in New Port Richey, FLPosted on Google

Kaitlyn Madden8 days agoThe absolute best vet ER I’ve ever been to! I live in Wilmington, and needed to see a small animal veterinarian after hours with the closest location to me being in Chapel Hill. I called ahead, got there around 10 PM and even though they close at 11, they’ll whole staff stayed after hours with just me as a patient until 2 AM helping trying to get my guinea pig healthy. They went above and beyond. I’m so thankful for them I have never been to a better facility before. The prices are also amazing!Posted on Google

Kirstin Bone8 days agoI went in tonight with my dog, who had a serious choking scare. The staff was incredibly kind and efficient as they determined how high priority my dog was. Since he was breathing okay (thanks to the heimlich), we had to wait a bit. But I was totally fine waiting because three other patients were actively fighting for their lives. And when we were seen, they were very thorough in making sure he was all clear and we had follow up medicine to help him recover from the trauma. I hated that we had to go, but I am grateful for how kind and professional UrgentVet was.Posted on Google

Courtney Steelman8 days agoLast night my sweet dog started acting strangely after dinner. I called UrgentVet just because they were the closest, but they were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience minus the whole dog needing surgery. From the initial phone call in, until I walked out the door to the next ER, this team of women helped us were just so compassionate and professional and genuine. I could tell they loved their jobs (or at least animals, I don't want to assume 😄), and cared about what happened to my baby. After they confirmed we needed X-RAYS, they were speedy yet calming. Then they had to break the news to me that she needed emergency surgery for GDV, and watch me cry and then discuss options. The staff went above and beyond getting us pricing and phone numbers. Then the vet personally called around to find us our best option, and gave us a really good deal. Lastly, they called me today to call in and check in on Tinkerbell. The surgery wasn't done at UrgentVet, and they did not need to, but it was such a nice gesture. Hope not to need you all again, but will absolutely be back if help is needed for my pets. Thank you for helping save my baby Tink!!! ❤️🩹Posted on Google

Cortney L8 days agoGreat experience here! Dr. Anna was amazing and great with my dog! Truthfully, $135 for a office/consult fee and $43 for a nail trimming was quite a lot, even for an urgent vet, but, was overall a great experience and would come back when needed!Posted on Google
My Heavenly Havanese Puppies8 days agoI can’t say enough good things about the service we received. The vet was amazing! The staff is compassionate, empathetic and extremely professional. Everyone was very helpful as we had to say goodbye to one of our most beloved boys. 💔 Heavenly Father, today I place my sorrow, my memories, and my beloved paw pal Smokie into Your loving hands. Thank You for the precious gift of unconditional love, loyalty, and companionship. Thank You for every joyful tail wag, every comforting presence at my side, and every memory that will remain in my heart forever. Please guide my sweet Smokie safely into Your peace, free from all pain and suffering. Comfort me as I grieve this heavy loss. Heal my broken heart, strengthen my spirit, and help me remember the depth of our love far more than the pain of saying goodbye. In your name, I pray, Amen.Posted on Google

Renee Vest8 days agoI brought my cat Firecracker in because she had hotspots on her face and neck. They took great care of her! I like the fact that you can either book online or call there and save your spot at the time that works best for you. I highly recommend them. My tech was Brian and the doctor was Dr. Jericho. Both of them were very nice and welcoming. For an after hours vet that their pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend them!Posted on Google

Gary Bemis8 days agoThey are so very professional, empathetic, thorough, thoughtful, and kind. They helped so much to calm our anxiety as much as our dog Selah’s, who was not doing well. They are definitely our go to Urgent Vet and we live almost 30 mins away but they are worth the drive.Posted on Google
Sue Vincett8 days agoWe recently had to brig our puppy in to Urgent Vet because we thought she ate a grape. They were amazing from the first phone call in. We arrived and were brought immediately in to a room and she was seen right away. They had to induce vomiting to be sure there was no grape. We were in and out in less than an hour and the pricing was very reasonable! Another thing we noticed was they have a very cool charger set up with every king of cord. You know when you are rushing your baby to the vet you may not think to bring a phone charger. They also had snacks and a kurig coffee maker with many choices of coffees. To me simple things like that really can make a difference in your experience, especially if you are there waiting to see if your baby is going to be ok… Thank you for great service!Posted on Google
m J8 days agoThis place makes VSS and AEC look like a joke. Much quicker getting in, and more affordable. Corey was very prompt in getting my pet the care she needed quickly. Alex was very hospitable and very clear about the charges and procedures that took place. We were in and out of the facility within an hour. My only complaint would be in the “Patient Supportive Care” Charge. Where they charged me an additional $82 to take my dog to the back and treat her, on top of the $135 exam fee. She was back there being treated for maybe 30 minutes and nothing was done in the room so the charge for both seemed unnecessary. No other vet has ever charged me something like that unless my pet was hospitalized for over half a day or night. Aside from that though I had a very pleasant experience and will be coming here for any urgent care needs for my 4 pets.Posted on Google
Sarah Everton8 days agoI never write reviews, and I wish there was a more direct way through the company to do this. I have to write this to say SKYLLAR SCIPLE rules. We brought in one of our cats who was mysteriously sick, and Skyllar did such a great job of explaining everything while being very caring and personable. I even cried and he handled it so well - with so much understanding and didn’t act uncomfortable. I ended up calling like, 3-4 times the next day and each time Skyllar was so unbelievably patient with me and had so much empathy!! P.S. Stanley got better and is totally fine now and didn’t have to take him to the ER!Posted on Google
Michelle Airhart8 days agoThey treated my baby like he was their own. They were up front with charges before they proceeded which is nice, they don't do a bunch of unnecessary testing then slap you with a giant bill at the end. Thank you all for helping my Kyle.Posted on Google

Carrie Ball9 days agoI took my Labradoodle, Chelsea Marie, in this evening for a skin issue that seemed to be related to her allergies. Our regular vet couldn’t get her in soon enough and recommended this urgent care. I called ahead and was able to check in online. When we arrived, they got us right in with no wait at all. Jessica took wonderful care of Chelsea, and Dr. Parker was absolutely amazing. She knew exactly what Chelsea needed and got her the shots and care she needed. I was also pleasantly surprised by the cost. It felt comparable to what I would have paid at our regular vet. I’m just so happy with the entire experience and the care Chelsea received. I highly recommend them if your pet needs prompt care and you can’t get into your regular vet!Posted on Google

Melissa Evans9 days agoWe took our pup in when she was really sick and they were so kind and compassionate. You can tell everyone there genuinely loves animals. We had a follow up question since it was the weekend and our vet was closed and they were happy to talk to us over the phone and give us suggestions. We just felt like we were in great hands, especially when you're stressed when your animal is sick.Posted on Google
Lindsay Shofler9 days agoBest vet experience we have ever had. Everyone was so kind & answered every question we had happily. We came in at 5:50 and were out with medication and a diagnosis by 6:30! Hilary Royce9 days agoAmazing experience from start to finish!! The team was kind and made us feel very comfortable as we were caring for my mom’s dog while she is currently in the hospital. What we thought was an insect bite or sting ended up being an abscess. They were quick to diagnose and put us on a good treatment path. Thank you so much again for your help!!
Our veterinarians love pets as much as you do.
