From Stanley, North Carolina, Ashley’s lifelong commitment to helping animals was evident from an early age. This dedication is notably showcased in her special bond with her two canine companions. With her Labrador Retriever, she’s been seen competing in dock diving events, while her Belgian Malinois, Khaleesi, provides intuitive support, staying by her side when Ashley needs a little TLC.
Ashley’s fondness for pets extends beyond her own, as demonstrated by a heartwarming story of rescuing a Standard Poodle mix with parvo and hookworms. Eight years later, Ollie, now a healthy 55-pound pup, thrives in the loving care of Ashley and her family.
Outside the clinic, Ashley finds joy in spending time with family and friends, engaging in activities like hiking, kayaking, riding 4 wheelers, running, and Crossfit. Alongside her fiancé Jesse, Ashley is a proud parent to three boys—Hayden, Jude, and Oliver—and four dogs—Ollie, Waylon, Khaleesi, and Patsy Cline (a Jack Russel/Dachshund mix).
With 16 years of experience in the veterinary field, Ashley has worked with rescues and General Practices, bringing a wealth of knowledge to her role at UrgentVet – Fort Mill. Together with her team, Ashley specializes in treating minor injuries and illnesses in cats and dogs, providing compassionate care to the Fort Mill community.
