The team at UrgentVet are absolutely phenomenal. I've been here 3 times, once with my dog, Monster, and twice with my elderly cat, Smudge. Tonight they were busier with multiple back-to-back emergencies yet still checked in on us (we were less emergent) and kept us updated the whole time. When it was our turn for an evaluation, our doctor and tech were knowledgable, compassionate, and were willing to answer any questions we had. The wait was well worth it :) <3Posted on Google

Debbie Craig0 days agoFirst time I had to use an Urgent Vet and called and got 3 that said sorry can’t take him. So i called Urgent Vet in Upper St Clair ..crying and from the first hello they were amazing I had to take my almost 15 yr Goldendoodle there Friday (his vet was closed) and from the moment we walked in the doors I knew he and us were in great hands. Kelly was amazing with my dog and us as we were faced with making the hardest decision they kept reassuring us (both Kelly and the Vet) no rush take your time be comfortable with your decision. They confirmed with what I knew he suffered a seizure while I was at work (he hasn’t had one for almost 1-1/2 yrs since he been medicated) and he indeed had a brain tumor that was getting worse. It took me 3 hours to get comfortable with the decision and during the 3 hours Kelly and the Vet made sure we weren’t alone and always reassuring us to take our time. Though I hope I don’t have to be back anytime soon this place was amazing they turned the worse decision I’m had to face into me feeling like I made the best decision for my dog and live for him without being selfish and letting him go on and suffer Thank you Kelly and Vet !Posted on Google
Roxy Vaz0 days agoWe set up an appointment and immediately were put in a room. Dr. Wark and Jacqueline explained everything in detail and gave us options. Consented to examination and were referred to the ER, they forwarded all of my dog’s information and provided us with an estimate. They showed concern and empathy as if though my dog were their own. Very caring and attentive to my dog’s needs, Jacqueline even brought in a bed so my dog would feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Made us feel at homePosted on Google

She is kind and caring and explains what is happening as she diagnoses the issue at hand. Dr Wark treats you and your fur babies like her own family and that is priceless. I live in Wilmington, and needed to see a small animal veterinarian after hours with the closest location to me being in Chapel Hill. I called ahead, got there around 10 PM and even though they close at 11, they’ll whole staff stayed after hours with just me as a patient until 2 AM helping trying to get my guinea pig healthy. They went above and beyond. I’m so thankful for them I have never been to a better facility before. The prices are also amazing!Posted on Google

Kirstin Bone1 days agoI went in tonight with my dog, who had a serious choking scare. The staff was incredibly kind and efficient as they determined how high priority my dog was. Since he was breathing okay (thanks to the heimlich), we had to wait a bit. But I was totally fine waiting because three other patients were actively fighting for their lives. And when we were seen, they were very thorough in making sure he was all clear and we had follow up medicine to help him recover from the trauma. Courtney Steelman1 days agoLast night my sweet dog started acting strangely after dinner. I called UrgentVet just because they were the closest, but they were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience minus the whole dog needing surgery. From the initial phone call in, until I walked out the door to the next ER, this team of women helped us were just so compassionate and professional and genuine. I could tell they loved their jobs (or at least animals, I don't want to assume 😄), and cared about what happened to my baby. After they confirmed we needed X-RAYS, they were speedy yet calming. Then they had to break the news to me that she needed emergency surgery for GDV, and watch me cry and then discuss options. The staff went above and beyond getting us pricing and phone numbers. Then the vet personally called around to find us our best option, and gave us a really good deal. Lastly, they called me today to call in and check in on Tinkerbell. The surgery wasn't done at UrgentVet, and they did not need to, but it was such a nice gesture. Hope not to need you all again, but will absolutely be back if help is needed for my pets. I like the fact that you can either book online or call there and save your spot at the time that works best for you. I highly recommend them. My tech was Brian and the doctor was Dr. Jericho. Sue Vincett1 days agoWe recently had to brig our puppy in to Urgent Vet because we thought she ate a grape. They were amazing from the first phone call in. We arrived and were brought immediately in to a room and she was seen right away. They had to induce vomiting to be sure there was no grape. We were in and out in less than an hour and the pricing was very reasonable! Another thing we noticed was they have a very cool charger set up with every king of cord. You know when you are rushing your baby to the vet you may not think to bring a phone charger. They also had snacks and a kurig coffee maker with many choices of coffees. To me simple things like that really can make a difference in your experience, especially if you are there waiting to see if your baby is going to be ok… Thank you for great service!Posted on Google
m J1 days agoThis place makes VSS and AEC look like a joke. Much quicker getting in, and more affordable. Corey was very prompt in getting my pet the care she needed quickly. Alex was very hospitable and very clear about the charges and procedures that took place. We were in and out of the facility within an hour. My only complaint would be in the “Patient Supportive Care” Charge. Where they charged me an additional $82 to take my dog to the back and treat her, on top of the $135 exam fee. She was back there being treated for maybe 30 minutes and nothing was done in the room so the charge for both seemed unnecessary. No other vet has ever charged me something like that unless my pet was hospitalized for over half a day or night. Aside from that though I had a very pleasant experience and will be coming here for any urgent care needs for my 4 pets.Posted on Google
Sarah Everton1 days agoI never write reviews, and I wish there was a more direct way through the company to do this. I have to write this to say SKYLLAR SCIPLE rules. We brought in one of our cats who was mysteriously sick, and Skyllar did such a great job of explaining everything while being very caring and personable. I even cried and he handled it so well - with so much understanding and didn’t act uncomfortable. I ended up calling like, 3-4 times the next day and each time Skyllar was so unbelievably patient with me and had so much empathy!! P.S. Stanley got better and is totally fine now and didn’t have to take him to the ER!Posted on Google

Her clinical insight was impressive and her thoughtful, compassionate treatment of both my pet and me was very reassuring. The same is true for Dr. Boatright. I am confident that I had made the right choice in taking my dog here for an eye emergency. I am very thankful that an urgent care center is available for pets. There is a need; they fill it. They were able to examine him, prescribe the antibiotics he needed, and have us checked out within an hour, which was such a relief. Dr. Hertzka took wonderful care of my dog. Alice Murdock4 days agoIf I could give this vet more than 5 stars I would!! I had to bring my handsome boy Zeus (cat) in due to something was wrong with his left ear. The Dr, and vet techs all went above and beyond for Zeus. They all have hearts of gold, and truly are angels on earth. They answered all my questions and I had so many of them, made me feel so comfortable, and Zeus was also so very comfortable! I would recommend this vet to everyone! You can tell how much the Dr, and vet techs love and care for animals. I will always go to this vet for any emergency! Alyssa Fox4 days agoWe took our cat, Dennis, to UrgentVet since our usual vet was closed due to it being a Sunday. The process to save a spot online is so incredibly helpful and very much a relief when already in a stressful situation. Avery took care of us right away when we got there and checked in, and Dr. Marres was absolutely incredible when talking to us about Dennis and his situation. She worked with us to try and figure out what the cause of his problems could be, and what the best solutions were for him. They took X-rays and found he had a blockage in his small intestine. Both Dr. Marres and Avery were very compassionate and empathetic while delivering this news, and acted quickly on providing us with recommendations on how to proceed. The sweet girl that took us to the room and the doctor were so compassionate and sweet and the room we were taken in was very soothing. I was able to hold my baby the entire time and the gave us time before and after to say our goodbye. They made one of our most difficult days as easy as the could. Karen Bohnert4 days agoMy 12 1/2 year old Jack Russell Jasmine was not doing well at all on a Sunday and we made the call to take her to an emergency vet clinic. We searched online and came across a couple of options near our home in Rosemount MN. One clinic had a 3 1/2 to four hour wait and the next clinic we called was Urgent Vet in Lakeville. Urgent Vet got us in within an hour and a half and made us feel at ease until we met with the doctor. The nurse and doctor on duty were caring and professional and discussed all options and care procedures so we understood all that was needed to go further with Jasmine. We felt comfortable and confident that she was in good hands and left with care instructions and medication. It was so nice to have an emergency after hours vet so close to home. Thank you! We walked in the door, weren’t even registered yet and they began treating him. The vet provided updates twice during the time we were there. The staff was all so kind. Kim Brown4 days agoMy husband and I took our senior beagle to UrgentVet for a potentional medication overdose. I can't say enough good things about the care she received. The staff were so kind, patient and efficient. We were in a treatment room within 5 minutes of arrival, needed labs drawn, evaluated, and feedback given all in 30-40 minutes. Both Dr Greer and her vet assistant were so patient. Dr Greer gave a very thorough exam, detailed understandable explanation of findings, and feedback our sweet old girl would be okay. Our puppy was scared, in pain and was not technically the best patient, but because of them going above and beyond... this whole experience was alot less traumatic than it could have been. They told me to bring him in, but sadly as I was driving there, he passed away and I hadn’t known until I got there. I brought him in and they dropped everything they were doing immediately to administer aid! Even asked me if I wanted them to try to revive him? The young, sweet, pretty girl who comforted me was like an angel! I give them the highest rating possible, because they’re so kind and compassionate! amanda m5 days agoI've had to bring both of my dogs here in the past year and every time I've come here they've been very friendly, fast, and thorough. It's typically more expensive than going to my vet, but way cheaper than taking them to a vet ER & every time I've taken them here it's been on either an evening or weekend when my vet is closed. When you check in they typically put you in a room with your pet to wait to be seen. The rooms are clean and quiet. The staff is very nice and you can schedule a check in time online before getting there to start the registration process. I'd highly recommend UrgentVetPosted on Google

They even called the next day to make sure she was doing okay. Definitely recommend them. I got there at my scheduled time and did not have to wait anytime at all before they took him back. The Care and concern given to us by the vet tech and the vet herself was extraordinary. They got us fixed up and on our way my baby’s feeling much better and I am so grateful for the Care we received. the price was reasonable for the services performed . From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, caring, and helpful during what was a pretty stressful situation for us. Courtney, the vet tech, was absolutely wonderful. She was so compassionate and reassuring, and you could tell how much she genuinely cares about both the animals and the people who love them. Our veterinarian was also fantastic...thorough, kind, and took the time to make sure we understood everything. We are incredibly grateful for the care our little guy received and, thankfully, he is going to be just fine! Jennifer Martinez5 days agoOur dog, Nala, got into some food she shouldn’t have and ended up having a bad reaction after hours. With our regular vet closed, I found UrgentVet online. They were open until 11 PM and claimed to be more affordable than emergency rooms, which we’ve spent thousands at before. We always try to avoid those if we can! The staff was very friendly and helpful when I called, quickly setting up an appointment. When we arrived, they saw Nala right away. The nurses and doctor were all kind, patient, and understanding. They took excellent care of our deaf dog, showing the “bedside manner” that’s becoming harder to find these days! We’re still monitoring her, but they provided clear care instructions. They communicated via email, text, and provided PDF copies of documents. The payment process was super fast and easy, and they also gave us detailed written and verbal instructions for follow-up care. PS. They even gave her a KU blanket to stay warm while being treated 💗which is so very appreciated because she loves her blankets!Posted on Google
Atlas Kolber6 days agoTook my pup in for eye discomfort and he was diagnosed with an ulcer. Despite being rather busy, the staff made sure to explain everything in detail and answer all my questions. They also let me know from the start that it was busy and might be a while which didn't surprise me given its a Friday night. For an urgent care, I found them to be very reasonably priced. Valerie6 days agoI took my cat there today at my regular vet's recommendation. They got me in within three hours of my call, took me back right away and were so gentle and sweet with my terrified cat. They explained everything they were doing, and my options moving forward very clearly and were very transparent about the cost of the treatment. The entire visit including medications was under $300. I'm so grateful for their speed getting my cat checked out when she showed some concerning symptoms, and their professionalism throughout the visit!Posted on Google
clay stucker6 days agoBrought my French bulldog, Milton, to be treated for a knee injury. They got him back SUPER fast (never even got to sit down) and treated him with the utmost care. I wish I’d paid attention to everyone’s names and could single each one out to sing their praises. Nothing but the most gentle care possible. When I explained to them how utterly broke I was, they came up with a plan to help me out so Milton could get the treatment he needed. Rachel Hunt6 days agoThe team here was fantastic to work with! We were taken into our exam room right away. The women that worked on my dog were so sweet and inviting. They all were very diligent in his exams as well as taking their time to explain all of their findings in clear detail and answering any questions I had. I've, unfortunately, had plenty of other emergency vet visits over the years, many of which were actually good experiences, but this one will definitely stick out as my best experience so far! Thank you to everyone who worked with my boy. You were all so loving towards him! 💛 ------------------------------------- Update 9/18/26 Over the past few years, I have taken 3 of my 5 pets to UrgentVet for various issues including skin concerns, joint discomfort, urinary stones, and now tummy troubles. Each visit has been nothing but exceptional! Previously, I took in my cat for some urinary concerns and noticeable discomfort. They found that she had a couple of small stones and got her on track for treatment and recovery. She was feeling great and recovered quickly once her treatment began. Today, I had a visit with my anxious boy, and per usual, everyone was awesome. We were in and out quickly with peace of mind that it was nothing severe and medication to get him feeling better ASAP. I was given the option for further testing and imaging for him if I wished, just in case and to ease my mind of any other potential concerns. As always, I greatly appreciate the thorough care, love, patience and understanding their team always provides when we visit. They are always a top recommendation when anyone asks me about care and treatment outside of regular vet office hours. No one enjoys an emergency vet visit, but I never walk into UrgentVet feeling nervous about the care my kiddos will receive, the treatment plans that will be offered, nor the price tag that comes with said visits. In fact, the pricing is always well below what I am guessing it will be in my head! Their pricing would have no effect on how I feel about the care they receive, but it is most definitely an added bonus these days! Thank you all, again. K M7 days agoI visited with my MN cat, he was having symptoms of a urinary tract infection, we weren't able to get care from our usual clinic and I know the dangers of waiting. I didn't even know about this Veterinary option! Good thing Google did! The initial "gold standard" estimate was higher than I expected. There were services I declined due to my budget. The staff didn't argue or push back, they were supportive and worked quickly and efficiently. It was a positive experience, all things considered.Posted on Google

Me and doggy were seen by assistant as soon as we arrived and the vet followed with little wait time. The Vet was professional, caring and thorough. When I later saw the discharge papers. Sharelle Jones7 days agoThis emergency vet brought so much comfort and peace to me and my husband one late night when our dog was sick. Our home Vet was closed and we had no idea where to turn to. The staff here was very patient, understanding, empathetic and very kind to us. I forget the young lady name who escorted us into the room, perhaps I will never forget her face or voice. Such a sweet lady and well educated. Unfortunately our fur baby passed away but knowing she was in good hands and received comfort measures gave us peace. Crystal LeVan8 days agoI can’t brag on this vet enough. My dog had a mass on her spleen which ruptured and she was experiencing internal bleeding. These sweet people met us at the car with a gurney, explained what the next steps would be, rushed her back and got to work right away. Meanwhile, another team member took us to a room to get comfortable. Within 10 min we had answers—not what we wanted to hear but it was delivered with the utmost compassion. Each team member was attentive, understanding, and sympathetic and they handled our sweet girl with the gentlest hands. I cannot recommend them enough. They are always friendly, and take the time to explain things and email home the instructions. I mentioned on one of my visits that it was my birthday, and when I went back to pick my dog up, they had decorated a room with balloons and all signed a card, with a birthday treat. It was so incredibly thoughtful and absolutely made my day. Dr. Murphy is amazing and was great, as well as Erin and Sarah. The staff sent us a card which included 3 copies of her paw prints. When our kid wasnt being herself because of her pain they knew exactly the steps to take to be able to examine her. The entire time they asked for consent to do basic things and talked us through their processes the entire way. They truly are loving of every patient that comes in. Taylor saw our pup in pain and immediately offered a helping hand and a comforter for out kid to settle into while waiting to be examined. Taylor was also very detail in her way of communication and taking care of our kid. Dr. Becker spoke to our child with excitement and kindness. Both were very detailed with their care. They printed their recommended supplements so itd be easier on us to find. They printed recommended vet clinics who could perform the surgery and just truly went the extra mile. I was given time with my pup and pressed a button for them when I was ready to say goodbye. They explained everything and the process was very smooth. The entire staff was extremely caring. Sarah Booth9 days agoHad a great experience here! I have a 5 month old Cocker spaniel puppy who has cherry eye. He’s my first dog so I was naturally super worried about him, but the vet and staff at UrgentVet helped ease my mind so much. I brought him in and they were very prompt in getting us back to an exam room and checking him out. The vet on staff was wonderful with answering all my crazy questions and provided us with all of the information we needed. They ran a test and prescribed him some eye medication until we can get him into our usual vet. It was definitely less expensive than if I had taken him to an emergency vet too! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.Posted on Google

Robin Jackson9 days agoI brought my youngest Cane Corso to Urgent Vet. I had no idea what was wrong, but knew something wasn’t right. I was able to schedule an appointment asap. We were greeted with professionalism and met with Dr. Proulx. She is amazing!!! After a brief exam my baby was diagnosed with Whiplash. Who would ever think that my fur baby would have whiplash. But it made sense. He loves to wrestle with his dad. Dad weighs 160 lbs and son weighs 116 lbs. I would not hesitate to bring him back if his doggie PCP isn’t available. Donna Fascitelli9 days agoOur dog, Elly, began having diarrhea over the weekend that got worse and just would not stop. I did not want her to suffer till her vet opened on Monday so I began looking for a clinic that might be open on Sunday. I saw UrgentVet while searching online. We took Elly there as a "walk-in". We were greeted immediately by a member of the staff, Zoe. She showed us how to sign in and then took us directly to an exam room. Zoe sat with us and patiently listened to our explanation of why we took Elly there. Zoe then went and discussed the information with Dr. Polak so the doctor would be able to make a plan to help Elly. Dr. Polak came into the exam room and examined Elly and talked with us about blood and fecal samples to rule out any parasites, infections, etc. Zoe and Dr. Polak were so gentle and caring with our little girl. Dr. Polak is so knowledgeable and professional and kind and she knew exactly what to do to help Elly feel well again. And she advised us what to do moving forward. We cannot thank Dr. Polak, Zoe and all the staff at UrgentVet enough for helping our Elly get well. What a relief to know if our little girl needs help Urgent Vet is there for her! Dr. Hazzard came in and gave me great knowledge on how to take care of my grandcat. She gave me comfort. And was extremely educational. The facility was extremely clean and smelled really fresh. melodys7410 days agoTook my cat here for an ER visit. They were so patient and so kind. I had a cat pass a few years ago so I was definitely scared. They took such good care of my cat and spent time explaining everything they needed to do. They even took off charges because they weren't able to do something but did attempt it which we all know is rare. I am so pleased with the staff and the vet. LM Love10 days agoPupPup had a torn nail. She is the WORST when it comes to her paws. Fully expected her to be sedated to get it fixed. Nope! The tech and vet were so good they were able to remove the torn nail and trim her nails without any sedation or issues from PupPup. They didn’t even need to muzzle her!!! Would highly recommend. They were so kind and happy to help! Best yet, getting seen right away so our visit was short, maybe 1/2 hour tops.Posted on Google

For our case... we felt confident with the choices and facts presented in our dog's health challenge to make the best possible decision ensuring our puppy's comfort, health, safety and recovery. Thank you Urgent Vet for helping us to navigate through the maze of choices and getting us through Elfie's health trial, safely. We are happy and satisfied with the services we received and the straight info communicated with patience, care and professionalism after voicing several of our immediate concerns and fears about our pet's welfare and in our case we discerned what would be unnecessary or problematic expenses. Kaiden Tuisl11 days agoI had to put down my pet rat, and we called to euthanize her and to ask about price and time to come in. They were extremely helpful and caring throughout the entire thing. Especially Chris and the doctor whose name I didn’t get unfortunately, they really helped make it a special process for us and included a free ink print of my rat’s paw and tail for us. The room was very peaceful, they made sure we didn’t feel rushed while still letting us know what time they close, and they constantly made sure we knew our options during the whole process. Andrea Malone11 days agoMy sweet 18-year-old cat had been diagnosed with kidney disease, thyroid disease, and a heart murmur. She had stopped eating and drinking, and I was devastated when another emergency vet told me it was likely time to let her go. I called several places because I knew I could not hand her over and not be with her at the end. I needed to hold her, comfort her, and be there while she passed. The staff at UrgentVet made an incredibly painful experience feel peaceful and dignified. They were compassionate, gentle, and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. I was able to be with her and hold her as she passed, which meant everything to me. I’m deeply grateful for the care they gave her and for the kindness they showed us. Price was about the same if. It less than our regular vet would have charged. And they gave our boy the royal treatment for burial. A M11 days agoWe saw Nikki and Dr. White today for a small emergency regarding our cat. Nikki was a total ray of sunshine, so friendly, kind, and helpful. Dr. White was very professional, explained everything well, and helped us feel at ease. In addition, despite some initial worries about a long wait, we were seen very quickly and spent only about 2 hours total from check-in to check-out. The prices are a bit expensive, but given how easily I was able to be seen (and the fact its an urgent care) I really can't complain. Thank you for helping my girl feel just a bit better. Though I'd prefer not to have to see an emergency vet again, I will definitely choose this one if I do.Posted on Google

Tianna a veterinarian assistant deserves a huge shout out! She was sensitive, and so very professional. She went out of her way to make us and our sweet cat as comfortable as she possibly could and was very efficient throughout the visit. Katy Norris11 days agoI had to take my dog Ted there three days in a row, and every staff member I met was amazing- shoutout to Cassandra. They took care of my fragile old dog being so gentle and kind, carefully cradling him in blankets and making sure he was comfortable and not stressed. There was a lobby with snacks and drinks and a phone charger, which was so nice since I had to spend some time there. They were gentle with the news they had to deliver and spent a lot of time sitting with me and going over options. 10 out of 10 would go there again.Posted on Google
DoubleLL11 days agoI brought my cat in after he was having side effects from a dental extraction at his primary vet. I was very distressed as all fur parents are and they were warm, caring and professional, and had a genuine interest in my cat’s well being. A few days later when he had not improved, I was able to get a urine sample and Skyllar graciously took it as my family was experiencing a trying time. They called me right back and told me to bring my cat up for further examination and were once again compassionate and took wonderful care of my cat. We had to take him to the cat ER but I would recommend this is your first stop unless it’s an absolute emergency. My only regret is The wonderful team cannot be my primary vet. I fully trust them with the care of my cat. I had to do a follow up visit on 9/13 after visiting the ER vet for follow up and my cat getting no attention after four hours and the team at urgent vet was once again phenomenal!Posted on Google
Sugar Johnson11 days agoI came in full panic mode over my frenchie Mocha who was experiencing some bleeding from her eye and some discomfort. Erin who I spoke with on the phone prior to going made me feel so at ease and Dr Turner. They both were extremely patient with me and Mocha and I’m forever grateful. It was so reassuring not having to stress overnight once they helped Mocha in the way they did as far as her pain and starting her on antibiotics until I could get her to an eye doctor. I will always now recommend this vet to anyone looking for after hours care. I was able to book an online appointment within the hour for my pet to be seen and fill out all the paperwork prior to arrival. Taylor Trlicek11 days agoWhile we all hope to never have to take our pets to an urgent care vet - if you do have to, this is the best place to go. They handle your pet with care, love and patience. They listen to your wants throughout the process. Everyone was so kind and caring from the moment I walked in the door with my sick dog. I highly recommend and will only use this facility for urgent needs for my pets after hours. Update - I unfortunately had to take my dog back to the urgent care vet. But thankfully the staff is beyond amazing. I have never felt more heard at a vet than here. I wish they were a regular vet and not just an urgent vet because this staff and facility is the absolute best that there is. 10/10 recommend.Posted on Google
Jenn LaRell11 days agoWe had an incredibly scary experience when our puppy, Cooper, accidentally ingested a blood pressure medication, but Dr. Sprague and Amy were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were extremely thorough, explained everything clearly, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. They took the time to walk us through each decision and made sure we understood what was happening and why. Most importantly, they were so patient, gentle, and compassionate with Cooper, who was understandably very scared. During such a frightening situation, having a veterinary team that was knowledgeable, reassuring, and genuinely caring made all the difference. We always felt that Cooper was in the best possible hands. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Sprague and Amy were wonderful, and we are so grateful for the care they gave Cooper. Kaitlyn May12 days agoI brought my dog here when I noticed her eye was bloodshot and appeared to be rolling into the back of her head (it wasn't, it was her third eyelid). The vet techs and doctor were kind and compassionate. There was a bit of a wait but they were up front about the wait time but still not as long as an emergency vet. After examining her, they were able to send over her records to her primary vet so I can follow up with them. They sent me home with meds to get my girl feeling back to her normal self. He was a little shy and wasn’t feeling his best because of an ear infection, but the staff was so kind, gentle, and caring with him.
