They told me to bring him in, but sadly as I was driving there, he passed away and I hadn’t known until I got there. I brought him in and they dropped everything they were doing immediately to administer aid! Even asked me if I wanted them to try to revive him? The young, sweet, pretty girl who comforted me was like an angel! I give them the highest rating possible, because they’re so kind and compassionate! amanda m0 days agoI've had to bring both of my dogs here in the past year and every time I've come here they've been very friendly, fast, and thorough. It's typically more expensive than going to my vet, but way cheaper than taking them to a vet ER & every time I've taken them here it's been on either an evening or weekend when my vet is closed. When you check in they typically put you in a room with your pet to wait to be seen. The rooms are clean and quiet. The staff is very nice and you can schedule a check in time online before getting there to start the registration process. I'd highly recommend UrgentVetPosted on Google

I got there at my scheduled time and did not have to wait anytime at all before they took him back. The Care and concern given to us by the vet tech and the vet herself was extraordinary. They got us fixed up and on our way my baby’s feeling much better and I am so grateful for the Care we received. the price was reasonable for the services performed . From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, caring, and helpful during what was a pretty stressful situation for us. Courtney, the vet tech, was absolutely wonderful. She was so compassionate and reassuring, and you could tell how much she genuinely cares about both the animals and the people who love them. Jennifer Martinez0 days agoOur dog, Nala, got into some food she shouldn’t have and ended up having a bad reaction after hours. With our regular vet closed, I found UrgentVet online. They were open until 11 PM and claimed to be more affordable than emergency rooms, which we’ve spent thousands at before. We always try to avoid those if we can! The staff was very friendly and helpful when I called, quickly setting up an appointment. When we arrived, they saw Nala right away. The nurses and doctor were all kind, patient, and understanding. They took excellent care of our deaf dog, showing the “bedside manner” that’s becoming harder to find these days! We’re still monitoring her, but they provided clear care instructions. They communicated via email, text, and provided PDF copies of documents. The payment process was super fast and easy, and they also gave us detailed written and verbal instructions for follow-up care. PS. They even gave her a KU blanket to stay warm while being treated 💗which is so very appreciated because she loves her blankets!Posted on Google

They also let me know from the start that it was busy and might be a while which didn't surprise me given its a Friday night. For an urgent care, I found them to be very reasonably priced. They got me in within three hours of my call, took me back right away and were so gentle and sweet with my terrified cat. They explained everything they were doing, and my options moving forward very clearly and were very transparent about the cost of the treatment. The entire visit including medications was under $300. clay stucker1 days agoBrought my French bulldog, Milton, to be treated for a knee injury. They got him back SUPER fast (never even got to sit down) and treated him with the utmost care. I wish I’d paid attention to everyone’s names and could single each one out to sing their praises. Nothing but the most gentle care possible. When I explained to them how utterly broke I was, they came up with a plan to help me out so Milton could get the treatment he needed. Rachel Hunt1 days agoThe team here was fantastic to work with! We were taken into our exam room right away. The women that worked on my dog were so sweet and inviting. They all were very diligent in his exams as well as taking their time to explain all of their findings in clear detail and answering any questions I had. I've, unfortunately, had plenty of other emergency vet visits over the years, many of which were actually good experiences, but this one will definitely stick out as my best experience so far! Thank you to everyone who worked with my boy. You were all so loving towards him! 💛 ------------------------------------- Update 9/18/26 Over the past few years, I have taken 3 of my 5 pets to UrgentVet for various issues including skin concerns, joint discomfort, urinary stones, and now tummy troubles. Each visit has been nothing but exceptional! Previously, I took in my cat for some urinary concerns and noticeable discomfort. They found that she had a couple of small stones and got her on track for treatment and recovery. She was feeling great and recovered quickly once her treatment began. Today, I had a visit with my anxious boy, and per usual, everyone was awesome. We were in and out quickly with peace of mind that it was nothing severe and medication to get him feeling better ASAP. I was given the option for further testing and imaging for him if I wished, just in case and to ease my mind of any other potential concerns. As always, I greatly appreciate the thorough care, love, patience and understanding their team always provides when we visit. They are always a top recommendation when anyone asks me about care and treatment outside of regular vet office hours. No one enjoys an emergency vet visit, but I never walk into UrgentVet feeling nervous about the care my kiddos will receive, the treatment plans that will be offered, nor the price tag that comes with said visits. In fact, the pricing is always well below what I am guessing it will be in my head! Their pricing would have no effect on how I feel about the care they receive, but it is most definitely an added bonus these days! Thank you all, again. K M2 days agoI visited with my MN cat, he was having symptoms of a urinary tract infection, we weren't able to get care from our usual clinic and I know the dangers of waiting. I didn't even know about this Veterinary option! Good thing Google did! The initial "gold standard" estimate was higher than I expected. There were services I declined due to my budget. Me and doggy were seen by assistant as soon as we arrived and the vet followed with little wait time. The Vet was professional, caring and thorough. When I later saw the discharge papers. Sharelle Jones2 days agoThis emergency vet brought so much comfort and peace to me and my husband one late night when our dog was sick. Our home Vet was closed and we had no idea where to turn to. The staff here was very patient, understanding, empathetic and very kind to us. I forget the young lady name who escorted us into the room, perhaps I will never forget her face or voice. Such a sweet lady and well educated. Unfortunately our fur baby passed away but knowing she was in good hands and received comfort measures gave us peace. Crystal LeVan3 days agoI can’t brag on this vet enough. My dog had a mass on her spleen which ruptured and she was experiencing internal bleeding. These sweet people met us at the car with a gurney, explained what the next steps would be, rushed her back and got to work right away. Meanwhile, another team member took us to a room to get comfortable. Within 10 min we had answers—not what we wanted to hear but it was delivered with the utmost compassion. Each team member was attentive, understanding, and sympathetic and they handled our sweet girl with the gentlest hands. I cannot recommend them enough. They are always friendly, and take the time to explain things and email home the instructions. I mentioned on one of my visits that it was my birthday, and when I went back to pick my dog up, they had decorated a room with balloons and all signed a card, with a birthday treat. It was so incredibly thoughtful and absolutely made my day. Dr. Murphy is amazing and was great, as well as Erin and Sarah. The staff sent us a card which included 3 copies of her paw prints. When our kid wasnt being herself because of her pain they knew exactly the steps to take to be able to examine her. The entire time they asked for consent to do basic things and talked us through their processes the entire way. They truly are loving of every patient that comes in. Taylor saw our pup in pain and immediately offered a helping hand and a comforter for out kid to settle into while waiting to be examined. Taylor was also very detail in her way of communication and taking care of our kid. Dr. Becker spoke to our child with excitement and kindness. Both were very detailed with their care. They printed their recommended supplements so itd be easier on us to find. They printed recommended vet clinics who could perform the surgery and just truly went the extra mile. Sarah Booth4 days agoHad a great experience here! I have a 5 month old Cocker spaniel puppy who has cherry eye. He’s my first dog so I was naturally super worried about him, but the vet and staff at UrgentVet helped ease my mind so much. I brought him in and they were very prompt in getting us back to an exam room and checking him out. The vet on staff was wonderful with answering all my crazy questions and provided us with all of the information we needed. They ran a test and prescribed him some eye medication until we can get him into our usual vet. Robin Jackson4 days agoI brought my youngest Cane Corso to Urgent Vet. I had no idea what was wrong, but knew something wasn’t right. I was able to schedule an appointment asap. We were greeted with professionalism and met with Dr. Proulx. She is amazing!!! After a brief exam my baby was diagnosed with Whiplash. Who would ever think that my fur baby would have whiplash. But it made sense. He loves to wrestle with his dad. Dad weighs 160 lbs and son weighs 116 lbs. I would not hesitate to bring him back if his doggie PCP isn’t available. Donna Fascitelli4 days agoOur dog, Elly, began having diarrhea over the weekend that got worse and just would not stop. I did not want her to suffer till her vet opened on Monday so I began looking for a clinic that might be open on Sunday. I saw UrgentVet while searching online. We took Elly there as a "walk-in". We were greeted immediately by a member of the staff, Zoe. She showed us how to sign in and then took us directly to an exam room. Zoe sat with us and patiently listened to our explanation of why we took Elly there. Zoe then went and discussed the information with Dr. Polak so the doctor would be able to make a plan to help Elly. Dr. Polak came into the exam room and examined Elly and talked with us about blood and fecal samples to rule out any parasites, infections, etc. Zoe and Dr. Polak were so gentle and caring with our little girl. Dr. Polak is so knowledgeable and professional and kind and she knew exactly what to do to help Elly feel well again. And she advised us what to do moving forward. We cannot thank Dr. Polak, Zoe and all the staff at UrgentVet enough for helping our Elly get well. What a relief to know if our little girl needs help Urgent Vet is there for her! Vanessa Jacot5 days agoI took my grandcat here because she was having some urine issues. The intake nurse Jackie was so amazing. She was kind so knowledgeable and kept me very calm. Dr. Hazzard came in and gave me great knowledge on how to take care of my grandcat. She gave me comfort. And was extremely educational. The facility was extremely clean and smelled really fresh. Obviously you don't wanna have a pet that needs an emergency. That if we have another one after hours, I would definitely come back here.Posted on Google

melodys745 days agoTook my cat here for an ER visit. They were so patient and so kind. I had a cat pass a few years ago so I was definitely scared. They took such good care of my cat and spent time explaining everything they needed to do. They even took off charges because they weren't able to do something but did attempt it which we all know is rare. I am so pleased with the staff and the vet. LM Love5 days agoPupPup had a torn nail. She is the WORST when it comes to her paws. Fully expected her to be sedated to get it fixed. Nope! The tech and vet were so good they were able to remove the torn nail and trim her nails without any sedation or issues from PupPup. They didn’t even need to muzzle her!!! Would highly recommend. They were so kind and happy to help! Best yet, getting seen right away so our visit was short, maybe 1/2 hour tops.Posted on Google

Kaiden Tuisl6 days agoI had to put down my pet rat, and we called to euthanize her and to ask about price and time to come in. They were extremely helpful and caring throughout the entire thing. Especially Chris and the doctor whose name I didn’t get unfortunately, they really helped make it a special process for us and included a free ink print of my rat’s paw and tail for us. The room was very peaceful, they made sure we didn’t feel rushed while still letting us know what time they close, and they constantly made sure we knew our options during the whole process. Andrea Malone6 days agoMy sweet 18-year-old cat had been diagnosed with kidney disease, thyroid disease, and a heart murmur. She had stopped eating and drinking, and I was devastated when another emergency vet told me it was likely time to let her go. I called several places because I knew I could not hand her over and not be with her at the end. I needed to hold her, comfort her, and be there while she passed. The staff at UrgentVet made an incredibly painful experience feel peaceful and dignified. They were compassionate, gentle, and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. Price was about the same if. It less than our regular vet would have charged. And they gave our boy the royal treatment for burial. A M6 days agoWe saw Nikki and Dr. White today for a small emergency regarding our cat. Nikki was a total ray of sunshine, so friendly, kind, and helpful. Dr. White was very professional, explained everything well, and helped us feel at ease. In addition, despite some initial worries about a long wait, we were seen very quickly and spent only about 2 hours total from check-in to check-out. The prices are a bit expensive, but given how easily I was able to be seen (and the fact its an urgent care) I really can't complain. Thank you for helping my girl feel just a bit better. Tianna a veterinarian assistant deserves a huge shout out! She was sensitive, and so very professional. Katy Norris6 days agoI had to take my dog Ted there three days in a row, and every staff member I met was amazing- shoutout to Cassandra. They took care of my fragile old dog being so gentle and kind, carefully cradling him in blankets and making sure he was comfortable and not stressed. There was a lobby with snacks and drinks and a phone charger, which was so nice since I had to spend some time there. They were gentle with the news they had to deliver and spent a lot of time sitting with me and going over options. 10 out of 10 would go there again.Posted on Google
DoubleLL6 days agoI brought my cat in after he was having side effects from a dental extraction at his primary vet. I was very distressed as all fur parents are and they were warm, caring and professional, and had a genuine interest in my cat’s well being. A few days later when he had not improved, I was able to get a urine sample and Skyllar graciously took it as my family was experiencing a trying time. They called me right back and told me to bring my cat up for further examination and were once again compassionate and took wonderful care of my cat. We had to take him to the cat ER but I would recommend this is your first stop unless it’s an absolute emergency. My only regret is The wonderful team cannot be my primary vet. I fully trust them with the care of my cat. I had to do a follow up visit on 9/13 after visiting the ER vet for follow up and my cat getting no attention after four hours and the team at urgent vet was once again phenomenal!Posted on Google
Sugar Johnson6 days agoI came in full panic mode over my frenchie Mocha who was experiencing some bleeding from her eye and some discomfort. Erin who I spoke with on the phone prior to going made me feel so at ease and Dr Turner. They both were extremely patient with me and Mocha and I’m forever grateful. It was so reassuring not having to stress overnight once they helped Mocha in the way they did as far as her pain and starting her on antibiotics until I could get her to an eye doctor. I will always now recommend this vet to anyone looking for after hours care. Taylor Trlicek6 days agoWhile we all hope to never have to take our pets to an urgent care vet - if you do have to, this is the best place to go. They handle your pet with care, love and patience. They listen to your wants throughout the process. Everyone was so kind and caring from the moment I walked in the door with my sick dog. I highly recommend and will only use this facility for urgent needs for my pets after hours. Update - I unfortunately had to take my dog back to the urgent care vet. But thankfully the staff is beyond amazing. I have never felt more heard at a vet than here. I wish they were a regular vet and not just an urgent vet because this staff and facility is the absolute best that there is. 10/10 recommend.Posted on Google
Jenn LaRell6 days agoWe had an incredibly scary experience when our puppy, Cooper, accidentally ingested a blood pressure medication, but Dr. Sprague and Amy were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were extremely thorough, explained everything clearly, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. They took the time to walk us through each decision and made sure we understood what was happening and why. Most importantly, they were so patient, gentle, and compassionate with Cooper, who was understandably very scared. During such a frightening situation, having a veterinary team that was knowledgeable, reassuring, and genuinely caring made all the difference. We always felt that Cooper was in the best possible hands. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Sprague and Amy were wonderful, and we are so grateful for the care they gave Cooper. Kaitlyn May7 days agoI brought my dog here when I noticed her eye was bloodshot and appeared to be rolling into the back of her head (it wasn't, it was her third eyelid). The vet techs and doctor were kind and compassionate. There was a bit of a wait but they were up front about the wait time but still not as long as an emergency vet. After examining her, they were able to send over her records to her primary vet so I can follow up with them. They sent me home with meds to get my girl feeling back to her normal self. Rich Maffeo7 days agoWe had to take our Pomeranian to urgent vet in Cumming, across from the Collection He had gotten into a dangerous amount of dark chocolate. Dr. Anderson saw him immediately and took good care of him. The practice manager, Bill, stopped into the room where I was every few minutes to keep me updated. That was very impressive because I was pretty worried about our little happy bear. This is not the first time we’ve had to take happy Bear to urgent Vet and my wife and I strongly recommend the practice.Posted on Google
Serena Hui Jason7 days agoAfter several attempts to get an appointment with my regular vet ASAP and could only get an appointment 2 weekends down the road, I was worried. Good thing I founded UrgentVet. I was able to book an appointment for my dog with diarrhea (more than a week) on line and didn't have to wait for long to see the vet and her assistant. The place is clean and has individual rooms for visitors which I like for privacy. I was able to get speedy consultation and medications for my dog and he is already doing better today.Posted on Google

Kayla Nunn7 days agoWe are visiting from out of town and needed a place to bring our cat for an emergency to have his eye seen for potential conjunctivitis. Dr. Katie was incredible and quick! When I say quick I mean I don’t think I’ve ever been in and out of a vet so fast, she had us all taken care of in under a hour, which I’m sure can’t always be the case(it is an urgent care after all) but I do appreciate how effective they were at trying to get us seen fast for such a non emergent situation! The vet tech was an angel I wish I could remember names better bc she deserves all the praise for making our guy super comfortable during his appointment. Thank you so much for your care and for being open on a Saturday, & for helping us get the right meds so our buddy can be back to 100% as quickly as possible!Posted on Google
Jennifer Lee7 days agoOur 14 year old dog was starting end stages of dying and it was terribly sad and hard to watch. We were hoping it would be quick but it wasn’t happening that way. My husband and I had never had to put an animal to sleep and we dreaded it but felt it was a more compassionate route as things were unfolding. The staff were not just professional but very warm and kind. The room wasn’t cold and sterile which also allowed for things to be more peaceful. The doctors and technicians are kind, patient, compassionate, and gentle — they put you at ease right away, and they genuinely work with you and your budget. Amazing team, amazing service. wanda stanley7 days agoHuman urgent care facilities should take some lessons from the animal urgent care! My puppy had an allergic reaction to a vaccine and our regular vet was closed for the evening. I called and was told to come immediately. As soon as we arrived we were greeted and taken to a room. The vet explained in detail what she was going to do. She checked my puppy over and then took her for her treatment. She brought her back and explained the next steps. She also gave me valuable information about puppy foods and future shots. The whole team was amazing thoughtful very knowledgeable and above all genuinely caring of myself and m y puppy!!Posted on Google
Konei Taylor7 days agoI took my pup on Wednesday as she wasn't feeling good. They were great and did necessary tests. I did have to take her back Friday evening at 10:20 pm. They were of course looking forward to leaving for the night and I felt bad for the last minute visit. But, they were so great! They did a few tests and found out she has pancreatitis. We were there until 11:35 and they took their time and made sure my baby was okay. I really appreciate them and their care for the pets.Posted on Google
Jilli B (Glassgirl)7 days agoHighly recommend. My cat was having issues urinating and had blood in his urine. Very easy to schedule a same day appointment online. When we arrived we got a room right away and they starting examining our cat. We were informed of all our options for exams and for treatment, including the prices, which were very affordable. They didn't do anything we didn't approve and were honest about what was necessary and what might be above and beyond necessity. Best bet clinic I've experienced. Melani Medina8 days agoI had the unfortunate event of having to take my boyfriends sons dog here after noticing he was hurt. Google search gave me this location so I decided to go here since I had no close options that would be within my budget. I've had to take my elderly cat to emergency vet clinics before in the San Tan/Queen Creek area and those visits left me with bills over $3,000. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a tech and didn't have to wait long to be seen. The tech and vet treated Bear very well and took the utmost care in handling him. The pricing is very reasonable and didn't leave us broke so I'm happy with that but mainly more happy that they cared for Bear and were able to treat him. If you're looking for a very reasonably priced emergency clinic I would highly recommend this place.Posted on Google

The manager was one who greated us & was amazing with my baby the whole time. Christine Stephens8 days agoGot an appointment immediately. Seen immediately by caring and knowledgeable staff. They had all the diagnostic equipment to handle X-rays, anesthesia and sonograms. Gave me bad news the cat would be in a lot of pain and may not even survive anesthesia. I chose to put Ms. Kitty down. They handled rest even offering to give me ashes or a framed foot print. My husband and I had to take our dog late one evening worried she had dislocated a hip again, and they got us right in and were so sweet to our dog. They were able to do XRays on the spot and luckily nothing was dislocated but they were able to provide us with medication to help with her pain and gave us all of the aftercare instructions on what to look for and how we should follow up. They were also very upfront about prices and making sure we understood and made the choices that were right for us before doing anything, which we really appreciated because we all know vet care is not cheap! Priscilla Castillo8 days agoI wish they were a regular vet! Dr Randle and Marie were amazing! They took their time asking questions, doing their assessments, giving recommendations, and playing with my dogs. It did not feel rushed, and it felt like they actually cared. I was expecting to pay a hefty amount for two dogs at an ER, but they only recommended treatment they felt was absolutely necessary. I am so grateful for that!! I ended up doing other tests and getting meds for issues unrelated to my main reason for going, but I still payed way less than I was expecting. Again, I wish they were a regular vet, because I would switch in a heartbeat!Posted on Google

I cannot stress enough how amazing everyone there was. They were very patient, kind, and empathetic. They even took ink paw prints to give us of our boy. Dan W9 days agoI came here one evening for my dog having a gastrointestinal issue with diarrhea and the staff was great. I was hesitant to come to an urgent care for pets, because I’ve previously had bad experiences with urgent care doctors, but Charlie and Dr. Dana were exceptional. They were great with my dog Jax, who was very nervous, and very informative about steps to helping my dog recover. Alec Slyter9 days agoExpensive but not much more than a regular vet, or at least worth it when you can't afford to wait weeks for an appointment. Base rate for exam was $135 for comparison purposes to your normal vet. Appointment setup process was easy, did not ever have to wait long at any point, but most importantly the care provided was excellent. Bill Cartiff9 days agoTypical to a human Urgent Care facility. The facility was clean and appeared to be fully stocked - at least for all the medical care & supplies we needed for our dog. The staff was VERY friendly and attentive - often asking if I had any more questions and truly listening/answering this overprotective dogdad's queries. Though we were there for 3 hours, we were regularly checked on and given clear direction of each step of our process as well as excellent take-home instructions. Hopefully you have pet insurance because it wasn't cheap, but there's no price tag for good healthcare for our furbaby.Posted on Google
Notallieee9 days agoI recently got a puppy (9-5-26) and 2 days later she started acting funny, not eating, drinking very little, throwing up. Also we took her to this Urgent vet on Wednesday (9-9-26). Turns out she has parvo from her breeder. I will be the first to say it. These people are the best hands down. They are so affordable and for Iv fluids, parvo testing, nausea medicine, Diarrhea antibiotics, and a white and red blood cell check it was only $602! They were so sweet and patient with us and our 10 week old puppy, Daisy mae. I will never go to another urgent vet again. Since yesterday my puppy has done a complete 180. She is eating in small amounts and I give her liquids every hour round the clock. Safe to say I love this vet and I totally will continue to recommend themPosted on Google

She came in for issues with her neck and was quickly assessed and cared for with compassion. I was not pushed to do any unnecessary tests and feel that Attie was given all the love and care she needed to get better🥰 Thank you so much for everything. Lindsey Oliver9 days agoOur pup suddenly wasn’t able to keep her meals down and our regular vet couldn’t see her so they recommended UrgentVet. We are so happy we took her here! Scheduling was easy online and we were seen on time. Both the tech and Dr were super friendly and patiently answered all of our questions. Bloodwork came back with slight pancreas distress so we left with some anti nausea meds and they seemed to do the trick. I did have to wait awhile, which is expected, but my dog received excellent care. His care instructions were very comprehensive and thorough. Not being familiar with the practice. I felt very confident my dog was in good hands. I even received a phone call a couple of days later inquiring how he was doing. Diane Koch9 days agoMy cat had a canine tooth that had come almost out and was blocking the other canine so he couldn't open or close his mouth. Called crown emergency and got him in. Just looking at him the tech kinda told me what it might be and took him in to see the vet. Vet came in to see me with the tooth, took only minutes and it was done . Seriously helped my cat and to relieved my stress. All were so good and wasn't a hefty price for doing this. Karen Kuffert9 days agoI am so grateful this place exists. My cat had very concerning symptoms and I could not get an appointment with my regular vet. I found UrgentVet online and was able to get in right away. Check in was fast and smooth. Staff was very friendly and thorough. Luckily it ended up not being too serious - just some medication for a few days. They called the next day to check on how my fur baby was doing which I appreciated. I also appreciated the detailed documentation on what was done which they also sent to my primary vet. Overall, excellent service and I would highly recommend.Posted on Google
Dana Bennett9 days agoOur vet recommended we come here when they couldn’t fit us in same-day for a bleeding, swollen wound/sting/bite/unknown on my dog. I was apprehensive because we walked in without an appointment, and we once visited an emergency center for our other dog that took several hours. We were in and out of UrgentVet as timely as possible. There was a very small wait for the doctor, but that’s always to be expected at an urgent or emergency facility. Dr. Todd was thorough in her explanations and treatment plan and was very patient with my anxious boy. She also suggested possible follow up treatment to seek with our primary vet if the issue doesn’t resolve. Lastly, the visit was about the same price as our primary vet, which was a relief. V W9 days agoThe care provided to my little chihuahua was exceptional. I highly recommend for all emergency urgent care of your pets. All providers are kind and caring while maintaining exceptional professionalism. The suggested care plan was explained with the cost. It was very cold in the exam room so the tech gave me a blanket without me even asking for one. Another tech helped me and my pet to my car when we left and made sure we were safe since it was very late. It was pricey but probably much less than the emergency vet. We called at 9:45 and said we could be there in 30 minutes. They told us to come on even though they close at 11. Tech and vet were both PHENOMENAL. I couldn’t recommend them enough! Vanessa Soto10 days agoDo you ever meet some people and realize there truly are good souls out there? That's what happened to me today. After a random dew claw incident with my pup, I had to go in and get it handled. The Dr. (I'm sorry, I forgot her name) and Jessie were absolutely incredible. In such a high-stress situation, I was a bit beside myself. Especially with this being my first-ever urgent vet visit, they treated me with kindness and understanding. While there was a hiccup with the billing at first, we communicated and handled the situation. When you approach situations with kindness and honesty, I find you get that in return. Overall, what kind people-- they treated my dog with care as well. They will be my go-to from now on. Well, I hope not to see them, of course (I don't need doggy emergencies anymore), but if I do, I will go here. They took GREAT care of Walter and explained everything to me. My boy is home, medicated and resting for the night thanks to UrgentVet! S10 days agoI brought my kitty boy in tonight after a scare. Everyone I met was so kind, gentle, and reassuring. I was offered so many options for treatment, education, and guidance for what to do after we left. They offer a 2 day waiver for the exam fee if we needed to come back which is really lovely and made me feel like they are confident in the care they provide for their patients. We arrived early and immediately were triaged by a kind knowledgeable employee , and despite being early we immediately we put in a room that was clean, quiet, smelled nice, and had dimmable lights. I’ve had a lot of traumatic experiences with vets and I felt so safe taking my kitty boy to this location. I will always highly recommend this clinic to anyone (and already did to my mom). Ginger Vohnoutka10 days agoAlthough, the bloodwork and xrays came back normal (which is a good thing), it is always a bit disappointing to not have answers as to why your pet is not feeling well, on the flip side, it was nice to be able to rule out anything major. I would definitely recommend them. Booking online was a breeze. I booked at 2:00 for a 3:20 appt the same day. I found them to be much more sympathetic and caring than the Apple Valley Pet Hospital that I live one block from.Posted on Google
