We cannot recommend UrgentVet enough! Dr Baxter and the technicians were great with my boy who was in after a dog fight. They took GREAT care of Walter and explained everything to me. I brought my kitty boy in tonight after a scare. Everyone I met was so kind, gentle, and reassuring. I was offered so many options for treatment, education, and guidance for what to do after we left. They offer a 2 day waiver for the exam fee if we needed to come back which is really lovely and made me feel like they are confident in the care they provide for their patients. We arrived early and immediately were triaged by a kind knowledgeable employee , and despite being early we immediately we put in a room that was clean, quiet, smelled nice, and had dimmable lights. I’ve had a lot of traumatic experiences with vets and I felt so safe taking my kitty boy to this location. I will always highly recommend this clinic to anyone (and already did to my mom). After my vet and another vet in Kenosha said the soonest they could see my sick cat would be 3-4 weeks, they recommended UrgentVet in Oak Creek and said the charges were more reasonable than the local Emergency Hospital.  It was a 30 minute drive and very easy to find.  I parked right in front of their front door, was greeted by a nurse the moment I came through the door and was ushered immediately into a waiting room.  After hearing my concerns about my 12 yr old cat, the nurse took my cat in the back to be examined by their doctor, who later came to tell me what could possibly be making my cat sick.  I agreed for them to give my cat something for being dehydrated and anti-nausea medication and said I would follow their recommendation to make an appointment for a full examination, bloodwork and routine annual shots with our regular veterinarian to learn more about why my cat was sick today.  I am so happy there is a facility like UrgentVet to examine my cat in an emergency instead of having to wait a month to see our regular vet or wait for hours and be charged an exorbitant price to be seen at the local Emergency Hospital in Kenosha.  UrgentVet-Oak Creek’s staff were very friendly, compassionate and took immediate action trying to help my cat’s medical problem.  The facility is clean, orderly, easy to find and open 365 days with convenient hours for people to walk-in without an appointment and receive medical treatment for their cherished pet in times of need for a reasonable price.  I definitely will highly recommend UrgentVet-Oak Creek to family and friends.  In a world gone crazy, knowing there is a place like UrgentVet is very heartwarming. I needed an emergency vet for my 3 yr old kitten that was grieving over the human he had picked out. I liked the fact that you could make an appointment online. They called to let me know the Ver was running a little late from Va Beach. When I got there I checked in and only had to wait 10 min before being taken to a meow exam room. The vet tech was wonderful and very gentle when taking his vitals . She even brought in a treat that was supposed to help his appetite. I liked the Vet. I liked the fact that they put it all in writing with the costs . I did not choose all because I know my kitten did not need all of them They gave him fluids . They did not want to be paid before he was taken back for treatment in case he didn't let them do things. Only pay for services you use. I got some medications in syringes to squirt in to his mouth so I didn't have to worry about trying to camouflage them in pill pockets & hope they got down. Very kind in all ways. The care for my pet was prompt and courteous.  The veterinarian as well as the technicians were patient and allowed for questions without feeling rushed.   After results were received from testing the concerns were addressed and the Vet provided me with an immediate start of treatment for my pets condition with instructions for follow up with my primary Vet. I take a lot of trips to the vets and urgent vet because of my special needs dog. So good fair prices for a single furbabies mom is usually something that helps it possible . The first time we came here,  our 12yo lost all movement and feeling in her back legs. The vet was honest with us, so we made the hard decision. They were amazing with us and our kids during the process. The vet techs were so kind and patient, even though it was the end of their work day. So When my new rescue showed signed of an ear infection this weekend, I knew it would cost more to go there, but I didn’t want to wait it out until we could see my regular vet. I called them a few months back as my 15 yr old best friend Bailey was struggling. They walked me through the process of end of life care. They were very kind and supportive.  He made it another 4 months without needing there services. Until right before father's day he told me it was time as he was so week he could stand up. This office is full of the most amazing people.  They gave me all the time I needed to say good by and understood my devastation.  I picked up his ashes about a week or so later and it was in the most beautiful bag and box. I had a hard time picking him bsck up and ended up just running out. They then sent me grief info and a beautiful card in the mail. I thank them so much. Even though it was the worst time of my life, they helped ease me through it. I’m always reluctant to try a doctor who is not recommended from a friend or family member but I was very concerned about my dog and new he needed medical attention asap on a holiday, so googled urgent/24 hour vets and was extremely happy with how well my dog was treated. Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Grissom and the technician Valentina. Wish they treated animals for routine visits. I took my dog here today because he was experiencing difficulty breathing and my vet was closed due to it being a holiday. We had to wait nearly 45 minutes to be seen but that’s understandable when it’s a holiday. They were very friendly, diagnosed him promptly (he has quite a bit of neck pain) and prescribed him meds with care instructions. They are very reasonable with costs as well. We had a small emergency on Labor Day. UrgentVet got us in immediately, even asking how long it would take to arrive. They saw us as soon as we got there, and the whole appointment took 30 minutes. First time we've been here.  Took our 7 month old male rough Collie puppy in because of very loose stools, vomiting and no appetite which  came on suddenly out of nowhere.  I live very close by but since it was a Holiday this was the nearest to my house which came in very handy!  The process starts by going online and submitting all your information and concerns ahead of time and to make sure your pet is a candidate for the all the different types of care that they offer. There are some exceptions that they cannot treat, but thankfully our Zach was able to be seen as the very first patient when they opened! They took him immediately and did a quick assessment and then the Doctor came in, did a quick physical and then decided on the best treatment plan for him, which was medication and a change of diet for several days. He was also tested for a virus and to make sure he wasn't contagious for our 2 cats as well which was very reassuring!  We were in and out in about 2 and half hours despite multiple other pets needing emergency and urgent care at the same time!  We would definitely go back!  Conveniently located on South Howell Avenue in Oak Creek and plenty of parking for an easy in and out and on your way.  Thank you to his Doctor and Vet Technician!

It always happens on a holiday, right?  So glad UrgentVet was there to look at my dog's ears to get a jump on any trouble brewing since I would be unable to get to my regular vet for several days.  Sure, I gad a wait, but claiming a spot on line was handy.  I was greeted at the door, taken to a room and had vitals checked promptly.  Staff all was great, Informative, and friendly.  They gave me treatment options of differing levels so I could consider costs. Couldn’t rave more about this place! The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming and absolutely adored our fur baby! We came in thinking the worst and we left feeling so relieved. A huge shoutout to Valentina for her amazing professionalism and dedication to her job! You can tell she loves animals with every fiber of her being. This was my first time coming to this clinic, and I was so thankful for the experience we had. It was Labor Day weekend, and I was really worried about my cat, Loki. He had started peeing outside of his litter box and has a history of urinary issues, including a previous blockage, so I knew I didn’t want to wait. We had a 4:00 appointment, and from the moment I walked in, everything was seamless. I was greeted right away at the front desk and quickly taken back to a room. Someone came in almost immediately, listened to what was going on, and explained our options. They took Loki back to examine him, brought him back to me, and then walked me through the different options for his care. I really appreciated that I never felt pressured. They explained everything, answered my questions, and let me be part of deciding the best next steps for him. The veterinary assistant and the veterinarian were both wonderful. They took great care of Loki, made sure we had everything we needed before discharge, and helped make a stressful situation feel much more manageable. We were also in and out in just an hour and ten minutes, which was amazing for an emergency vet visit! The clinic itself was incredibly clean and organized, and it honestly didn’t have that chaotic or overwhelming feeling you sometimes expect from an emergency vet. I was also pleasantly surprised by how affordable the visit was compared with other emergency veterinary experiences I’ve had. Thank you so much for taking care of Loki! I sincerely hope we don’t need another emergency vet visit anytime soon, but if we do, this is absolutely where I’ll be bringing him. Highly recommend!

My dog cracked one of his toenails and exposed the quick.  He was obviously in pain, but my normal vet was closed for the long holiday weekend and it was not life threatening to go to ER. Our dog Ava was running around and accidentally tore off her pinky claw, so we immediately took her to  Naples UrgentVet.  We were admitted immediately, and Dr. Temple and the entire staff were amazing from start to finish.  Ava's foot was wrapped up and we were out the door in less than 1 hour. I don’t ever write reviews but I must write one for this place. Dr. Stafford and Lidia were so helpful and kind both times I’ve come here! I brought my dog in yesterday because he was in pain after surgery at our primary clinic and Dr. Stafford and Lidia helped so much figuring out what my dog needed. After giving him the medicine they prescribed him, he has finally been able to sleep and lay down without immense pain. I went there for end of life care for my baby girl. The tech that worked with me was wonderful and more than kind. My mind was somewhere else so I don’t remember his name but he was patient and caring and gentle with my girl and my feelings. Very helpful when explaining my options and they make it really easy to choose what to do. They make sure you know you are making the right decision for your pet and give you all the time you need to say goodbye. Very kind and helpful staff. They helped get us on the schedule when I wasn't sure how the process worked as we had never been there before. My dog was assessed briefly and then we were able to go back home to wait until our appointment time. Then we were brought right into an exam room when we arrived. I am highly recommending UrgentVet for any and all emergencies your pet may need. My precious little beagle wasn’t eating and I was able to get her in and seen.   The Dr. was amazing.   The technician was amazing.  The comfort and caring was very nice and important.  I also believe that the cost was probably a third to half of what it would have been had I gone to an emergency vet. Called Urgent Care when I found my sweet cat lying flat and just barely being able to slither. They told me to bring him in, but sadly as I was driving there, he passed away and I hadn’t known until I got there. I brought him in and they dropped everything they were doing immediately to administer aid!  Even asked me if I wanted them to try to revive him? The young, sweet, pretty girl who comforted me was like an angel!  I give them the highest rating possible, because they’re so kind and compassionate! The team here is absolutely phenomenal. Every vet tech I have worked with has been kind, accommodating, and compassionate. My dog is fearful and reactive. We started coming here a few years ago after he opened some surgical stitches and we couldn't be seen by his primary. If they weren't an emergency vet, I'd make them his primary. We are from Ohio in town here visiting family When the unexpected happened with our dog. Milo got attacked by another dog. I scheduled a visit immediately and we got in right away. The staff and Doctor were excellent! They immediately stepped in and cared for our Milo quickly and with caring hearts. I am so thankful that they were available and were able to get him in and taken care of as quickly as they did. I definitely appreciated it! My dog suddenly became lethargic due to anemia. We brought him here and before we could even fill out any paperwork they had already let us into a room. The staff is extremely friendly and were very helpful. We actually never figured out why he became anemic but UrgentVet was super helpful nonetheless! My cat presented with lethargy, lip-licking, hiding last night. Not eating, not drinking We took her to an emergent vet last night, and we got no answers and a big bill, because the vet never so much as touched our cat. We took her to Urgent Vet this morning. The assistant recognized me from bringing in our I the cat for a UTI.  They took us back and though they were obviously busy and we did have to wait awhile, within two minutes of seeing our cat, the vet smelled stinkinesd on her breath, and found she had two infected teeth, one on each side, which they showed us. They got more fluids on her, as well as an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory, made sure she seemed interested in eating again (churu!) and gave us suggestions on what to feed her that might appeal to her appetite until her teeth are pulled by our regular vet. By the time we got home, 20 minutes later, she was much more lively and ate some of what the vet recommended (her usual food with warm water). Wanted to add, our cat was also much less stressed here compared to the ER vet with yowling dogs. This is a great place for situations where your pet definitely needs immediate care but is stable. This is going to be where I bring my pets for these kinds of situations after hours and on weekends from now on. Yes, it's urgent care, but it was well worth it to have that peace of mind on a Labor Day Sunday when the only other vet open was the emergency vet In a different area. I will definitely use them again. They are reasonably priced for being an urgent vet. Took one of our dogs in because she was throwing up and had some dark diarrhea the next morning. Today we had to put down our cat Smokey, after 13 wonderful years.  The CVT brought us to a private room and let us have as much time as we needed to say goodbye. She clearly explained the process and what to expect.  Smokey was sedated and was calm and not in pain. They layed him on a blanket on my husband's lap and injected the final medicine. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at UrgentVet, especially Liz, the General Manager. She was absolutely amazing—kind, compassionate, calm, and incredibly thorough during a moment when I was scared and struggling to process everything happening with Waylon. Liz literally sat on the floor with me and Waylon while she explained everything in detail, patiently repeating herself as many times as I needed. When it became clear that Waylon needed to be transferred to Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists, she called ahead to notify them we were coming, explained exactly what the transfer process would look like, and then went over it with me again to make sure I understood. She walked us all the way out to the car, and at one point even told me that if anything got worse, she would be getting in the car with us. That moment has stuck with me because it perfectly describes the kind of person she is. I know Liz wasn't Waylon's veterinarian, but honestly, she might as well have been for the level of care she gave both of us. She is truly in the right field. Her compassion cannot be taught, and I will never forget how she treated us during such a frightening situation. If your pet needs urgent care, I would absolutely recommend UrgentVet. One of my fur babies was vomiting for two days, after every meal. I knew because of her sensitive stomach issues she couldn't wait until Tuesday when her vet opens so I looked up this place. They have a feature that saves your spot so when you get there you go into a room to wait for the tech and vet. So I went online and scheduled it, we got there checked in using one of their check in kiosks within 5 minutes we were in a room. About 10 minutes later a tech came in, then 15 minutes later we saw the vet. They were friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, told me what was happening, what can be done to help her. The price was....wow. I mean I was expecting a lot of $$ but no very, very reasonable. After an hour we were on our way back home. So would I recommend yes, 1,000%!! I didn’t know the warning signs of pancreatitis in my dog. All I knew was she was in pain and throwing up. Kim was amazing! Had a great experience here this evening when I had to take my dog in for unexplained swelling of her face. First time coming here, and I left home with dread, thinking we wouldn’t be back home for hours…because that’s the way it usually goes at the emergency vet. It turned out to be the opposite. I reserved a spot online, checked in when we got there and we waiting for 2-3 mins before we were brought back into a room and talked to the vet tech. She left and the vet, Dr. Phillips was in seeing us within 5 minutes. We were back in the car and headed home 45 mins after walking in. I was actually so shocked. And the bill was about half of what I was expecting - again, based on previous emergency vet visits. The vet tech was as nice as she could be, and Dr. Phillips was just wonderful. Today I had to take my girl in suddenly and unfortunately it ended up after tests that it was for today to he her last day with us. The vet and vet techs dealt with it with complete honesty and transparency, when it was time they had a place prepared in way furthest room and gave us as much time as we needed to say our final goodbyes. They were sensitive, patient and empathetic the entire time and constantly reassured us that it was the most selfless kind choice to make for our old girl Piper. I had an amazing experience here! They got my boy Bastian right in, and the care was top-notch. Megan was so sweet, and Bastian loved everyone he met. They even gave him an award for being a 'famously fabulous boy,' which was such a thoughtful touch! The cost was very reasonable, and the time and attention they gave us was incredibly reassuring. I knew he was in good hands the whole time. Thank you for taking such good care of him! Visit number 2 went over like a dream, Bastian had a run in with a tree branch, I’ll let you guess who won. Needless to say Stephanie and Dr Kauffeld were amazing! Stitched him right up. But Bastian has no chill whatsoever, he’s a bumbling fumbling bull in a bowling alley and wild as a buck which lead to visit 3 in hopes of calming him down a little. Visit number 3 where we saw Maria and Dr Soltis was also fabulous. Checked him out gave him all the loves, butt scratches, treats and some meds that definitely calmed him down. I would recommend Urgent Vet to anyone in need. They are prompt, professional and give top notch care! Visit number 4 and I’m now convinced Bastian is purposely doing things just so he can visit his favorite girls at Urgent Vet, McKenzie was fabulous as usual. The new doctor was also great. Bastian got a little too loopy on some meds and it really freaked me out but the ladies at Urgent Vet never cease to amaze me. They were so calm and helpful and got him feeling better in no time! Visit number 5, They love my clumsy pup and he loves them. You truly can’t ask for much more than that. The techs are the best you’ll ever find. I called their office and was able to get in the same day. I was so grateful as many places were unable to make room for us. My pup was licking and biting at his front left leg and he was breathing heavily. He also had the saddest puppy eyes look and whimpering. The staff there is incredible. I won’t lie, I was there for over 3 hours. It took 2 1/2 hours to be seen. However, the sweetest assistant would pop her head in and let us know they didn’t forget about us that there were emergency that needed attended to immediately and they were sorry for the long wait. The ladies that helped my cat were so wonderful! My cat had an urgent medical issue and we were able to get in quickly. Updated 2 years later: 2026 visit: Dr Wark and her team continue to go above beyond for their clients. We had to bring our baby girl in again for an urgent visit and once again she was treated with the best care and comfort we could have hoped for. The communication from the entire team here at UrgentVet Odessa/New Port Richey was very helpful and thorough. Thank you to the entire team for all you do! 2024 visit: If this urgent care could be our (cat)babies full time veterinary care provider, it would be a no brainer. We love our regular vet, however, this urgent care took service and thoroughness to a new level. We used the “save my spot” option to take Willow River, our cat, in for what we believed was a UTI. We were greeted after the remote check in and placed in a private room with calming music and the plug in pheromone to help reduce stress. Often, Caleb, the vet tech checked on us and kept us informed about a longer wait time than normal, as the team was working on a serious injury. We would want that same level of attention and care for our pet, so we were happy to wait. It was well worth it. They treated our girl Willow with dignity and respect (challenging as she can be at a vet) and not only properly diagnosed her with FIC, but also diagnosed her lesions which we had been working with our vet on as granuloma.  All feeding off each other and both very manageable. The cost is FAR better than an ER for our baby and slightly more than a regular vet. Well worth it.  Thank you, New Port Richey/Odessa location. I cannot say enough good things about the team at UrgentVet Huntersville. I was dealing with a very sick and painful cat late at night and was understandably scared and overwhelmed. Colin was incredibly kind and patient with me over the phone while helping me set up an appointment for the following day because their location was booked past closing time that night. He also took the time to explain their policies & prices to me in case my cat worsened overnight and I needed to take him to a different UrgentVet location. He never talked down to me or said, “just call over there.” He didn’t make me feel like a nuisance or like I was stupid for all my questions. It was nothing but respect at the tail end of what I imagine was a very long night for him. For an Urgent Vet I think their prices are reasonable. It genuinely is not much higher than what I’d pay at my regular vet for this same condition. The exam fee is $135, and our total ended up being around $425, which included the exam, lancing and draining our cat’s abscess, pain medication, antibiotics, a cone, a pee pad, two Churu treats, and a prescription for additional pain medication. The price is fair and justified, considering all they did and how they did it. I didn’t feel swindled nor nickel & dimmed. They also accept CareCredit, ScratchPay, all major credit/debit cards, and cash. Dr. Sweet was absolutely wonderful, kind, compassionate, and reassuring. Riley was incredibly patient with me as I asked what felt like a million questions. I was anxious and probably a lot to handle, but they never made me feel like I was being annoying or asking too much. Every effort was made to ensure my pet’s visit was fear and pain free. And they treated him with the same level of kindness and warmth as I would. Most importantly, our boy is okay and getting the treatment he needed. ❤️ I wish nothing but blessings upon this entire establishment and everyone who works there. May they all be blessed, highly favored, guided by His Grace, and protected by His Hands. They were there for us when we were scared and needed help, and I will always be grateful for that. Our dog Ruby had been stung by a bee right on the paw and couldn’t walk on it. We wrapped it up with paw tape we had on hand and used a little cone so she wouldn’t chew it in the car. We took her to Urgent Vet, and thankfully were able to be seen quickly. The staff were friendly and so nice, it really helped alleviate our stress about the whole situation. Our little 14 year old Angel puppy “Isse” needed help last night... She began suffering after a short experience of lymphoma. It was time. I called Urgent Vet. This is not our usual pet dr, because it was after hours we needed a different place for help. When we arrived we were welcomed with open arms and the warmest hearts. The room we were brought to was welcoming and comfortable. Everything was explained and we were walked through the process.  Our 3 teenagers all took this experience differently and they were supportive with answers and help. Thank you all   We cannot remember your names. But just know you all have made a forever lasting difference in this hard time. My experience at UrgentVet was really great! My pup had been licking her paw for a few days and it had gotten very swollen. We were brought in at our request time, seen by the tech and the Doctor, and out the door in about an hour and a half. I was provided with all information needed to make a decision that financially and personally worked for my family. They printed out the estimate prior to any care, and they followed through with it. They were all very kind, and they listened to my concerns. All of this was done while they had an emergency that came in just before us. I expected it to take a lot longer as we were not as urgent of a situation. We left with the medication we needed and the care completed within that time, and it was after hours at other clinics. I called 5 clinics trying to get my cat an appointment and then someone suggested UrgentVet.  I got online and easily reserved his spot.  We showed up and within 5 minutes we were in an exam room. Cannot fully express how much of a blessing this place is. Especially the blonde vet (I’m so sorry I forgot your name!) but I’ve taken my foster cat Cootie here twice and everyone has been nothing short of amazing. You’re all angels, seriously. Both times I’ve come, I’ve made an appointment and been seen on time, I didn’t feel rushed at all and they’re great even with cats that may be a little nervous or spicy. I visited today because of an eye infection and the warmth and kindness of every staff member honestly made me feel so much better about the tough situation I was going through. Cootie was put at ease as well. Even though he had to be examine and had blood taken, he was comfortable enough to cuddle up next to me and rest in our room which meant the world. Thank you guys again, and I appreciate the vet going above and beyond to reassure me about the situation, and even taking the time to bag up the mat he peed on in his carrier and make sure he was comfortable before I brought him home. To start with, I loved that we could go o line and book an arrival time. As we were a hour away, unexpected traffic delayed us and it was easy to adjust this time. I realize that true emergencies would delay us being seen but that wasn’t the case for us and we were seen really quickly. The techs and doctor were very thorough in their exam of our girl. The McCandless branch is amazing. Even short staffed, they were thorough and attentive. My car can be very skittish but he warned up right away. I can't say enough good things about UrgentVet in Warren. I came home from work one evening to find that my dog had a ruptured anal gland and was clearly in pain. It was almost 8 PM, so our regular vet was closed, and I knew this wasn't something that could wait until morning. I called four other animal hospitals in the area and got the same response from each one. Either they couldn't see her that night, or there were so many patients ahead of us that we'd likely be waiting until the early morning hours. I felt helpless and defeated, knowing my dog would have to spend the night in pain. Then I found UrgentVet. The entire process was incredibly easy. I was able to check in online before leaving home and provide my estimated arrival time. When we arrived, we were taken directly into an exam room. From start to finish, we were in and out in about an hour and a half, which was amazing compared to the wait times I'd been quoted elsewhere. Everyone we interacted with, from the veterinarian to the assistants, was kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring. They greeted my pup with pets and empathy, took excellent care of her, cleaned and treated the area, and sent us home with clear aftercare instructions and everything we needed for her recovery. The best part was seeing how much better she felt almost immediately after the visit. She's now on the road to recovery, and I'm so thankful she didn't have to suffer through the night waiting for treatment. For emergency veterinary care, I also found the pricing to be very reasonable. Emergency visits are often far more expensive than expected, but I felt the care we received was absolutely worth the cost and fairly priced. From my first phone call and interaction with the team here it was clear they want to help! They were very quick and took good care of my pup! I had a great experience at UrgentVet. They got me in right away late at night and were super helpful and informative. I felt confident in their plan and diagnosis for my sick dog. For being an urgent care for animals, their pricing was reasonable. I will admit I had a price shock at first, but looking at each item that was needed it was a reasonable individual price. They were willing to work with me to make sure to stay within my budget while still getting the care I needed for my baby. They were extremely helpful and broke down everything for me and explained the reasonings for things in detail. I used this UrgentVet for my 21 year old dachshund who had cancer and they were excellent. Tonight I had to put my other dog down who declined quickly and could not wait to have their vet do it tomorrow. I called and spoke to someone first who was so compassionate. When we arrived, the staff was compassionate, caring and soft spoken. The vet explained everything step by step and let our dog die in my arms. This may very well have been the least stressful, comforting but professional vet visit I’ve experienced. In and out quickly, nice clean facilities, and fantastic folks. Dr Rios was so wonderful and took excellent care of my dog. The vet tech was also phenomenal. All the other emergency vets were busy or short staffed. Dr Rios and team took me right back. We took our sweet Delmar in knowing that the odds of him coming home was poor.  Matthew was so kind from the moment we walked in. He treated my Delmar like he was one of his own. Dr. Robins (I'm so sorry if I got your name wrong) was so sweet and made Delmars passing comfortable and peaceful. We were treated with the utmost compassionate care. Thank you so much for the Churu so my baby could have one last treat. We were never rushed and encouraged to love on our baby as much as we wanted. I had a very positive experience at UrgentVet. I was able to obtain an emergency Sunday afternoon appointment for my dog immediately.  The entire staff was caring and attentive to my dog’s needs.  The veterinary care was very thorough.  I did not feel pressured to pursue extra diagnostic tests and lab work, but was encouraged to return before 8:00 pm if my dog’s condition worsened - which thankfully it did not.  My dog was given pain medication and she remained comfortable and stable until she could be seen by our regular veterinarian the following morning. I was pleased with my experience here. Decided last minute to take my Frenchie in for severe allergic reaction and they fit me in within the last hour at 10pm. My Cat G C...was 14 yrs old. And had been sick for awhile..the meds quit working for her. She stopped eating. And was declining.i knew I had to stop being selfish  cause I loved her so much...It was time to put her down..and this urgent care was so thoughtful and helpful..they did just that. We had the most incredible experience bringing in our cat for an emergency. The staff was extremely kind and reassuring . They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and covered all the questions we had. They went the extra mile ensuring all necessary steps were taking regarding test to cover any potential risks. 100% recommend and couldn’t be more impressed with the experience! Our senior kitty Diego wanted to eat, but he was very nauseous, and smelling food was making him gag. I had called my regular vet MULTIPLE times asking for a stronger anti nausea medication, and they kept putting me off. They closed for the day and never called me back. So we packed Diego up and took him to Urgent Vet. The place is super clean, and the check in is great. Dr. Hoppe was super sympathetic to Diego being a kidney kitty and having his nauseous problem, and after talking with us and looking over Diego, he reffered us to the 24hr hospital, as he felt Diego needed more care than they could provide. Because they couldn't help us, there was no charge! In such a stressful situation, having a doc that is this compassionate, clearly explained some options, and was a cat guy himself was truly amazing. He hope to not need the Urgent Vet anytime soon, but if we do we'll definitely be back with such a wonderful experience. The service was fast, they didn't try to sell us everything under the sun, and truly seemed to care about Diego's situation and wellbeing. I'm sad to report that it was Diego's time to cross the rainbow bridge. We miss him dearly, and also are grateful for your help in our time of crisis.

We had to have our Abbi girl euthanized. In itself that was horrible for us, but the staff and doctor and the process couldnt have been any better. I couldnt have imagined this process being so nice and simple. I thank them all so much for easing our time, so personally and professionally. Absolutely top notch. If you’ve ever had the misfortune of having to use emergency vet services like BluePearl, you know that they want access to your 401(k) before they will even look at your pet and you usually leave with just as many questions as you arrived with, that was absolutely not the case here.  the staff is friendly,took us right in with no waiting saw the doctor almost immediately, and the pricing was comparable with non-emergency, veterinarian care.

I’m not usually a reviewer, but I want to be helpful to other anxious pet owners. My cat’s claw separated from the quick today and I found UrgentVet in a search. After seeing all the reviews, I decided to bring him in, and I was so impressed with their service from beginning to end. The vet and nurse were both so caring in a stressful time, and they treated my cat like he was a visiting royal. They explained the cost to me before doing anything, and it was honestly so much more affordable than I was expecting an urgent veterinary service to be (not “cheap,” but definitely not as bad as other vet ERs). On top of everything, I was very emotional about my cat being in any sort of pain and they were so sweet and nonjudgmental. We were in and out within 1.5 hours.
