Growing up in Milford, New Hampshire, Tyler has dedicated over 12 years to the veterinary field. His journey into vet care began at the age of nine, when he cared for his family’s Boxer, who was diagnosed with vestibular disease. This experience ignited his passion for animal care, leading him to earn an Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology from Great Bay Community College in Portsmouth, NH.

Throughout his career, Tyler has worked in various areas, including general practice, rescue and even as a kennel attendant! His favorite memory with an animal is training his previous dog, who was fear aggressive, helping her become more accepting of new people and situations. He believes having this experience allows him to apply this knowledge to the furry friends of Manchester who might be nervous coming to UrgentVet as well.

When he’s not managing the clinic, Tyler enjoys video games, trading card games, hiking and playing sports like football and hockey. He shares his home with his partner and a lively crew of pets, including three dogs – Petey (Pitbull mix), Ella (Pitbull mix) and Maple Mae (Long hair miniature dachshund)– two cats, Sophia and Miley (both domestic short hairs) and a fish named King. Fun fact: Tyler is also a self-proclaimed ramen expert!

Tyler looks forward to leading his team of fear-free certified Care Team Members that treat non-life-threatening emergencies in cats and dogs of the Manchester area.
