Mikaela Milo
Practice Manager
Before joining UrgentVet Meyerland, Mikaela earned her educational certifications in Human Resources Management and is currently acquiring her Bachelor’s degree in Health Service Management from the University of Phoenix. She also maintains professional certificates from The National Society of Leadership and Success all while serving in the United States Air Force Reserve as an ophthalmic technician.
Mikaela has been in the veterinary field as a technician in primary care and emergency clinic settings for the past 5 years. Although she was born in San Diego, she was raised primary in Las Vegas before moving to Houston, Texas with her dog, Nalah (a miniature pinscher and chihuahua mix) and her cat named Hades (Domestic Short Hair) in October 2022. When she isn’t in the clinic, Mikaela can be found traveling and visiting amusement parks with her young daughter.
