Preparing for your Visit
CHECK IN: When you arrive at UrgentVet, come right into the clinic unless we’ve asked otherwise (due to suspicion of a contagious concern or other reason). Look for the kiosk at the front desk and click on SAVED MY SPOT. We will be right out to greet you. Next, we’ll show you to your exam room and we’ll begin the process of taking your pet’s vitals and gathering information before you see the doctor.
WHAT TO BRING: Please bring any relevant medical records, a list of your pet's current medications, and a list of the symptoms you have observed with your pet’s condition.
PAYMENT: For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, Care Credit, and ScratchPay
IMPORTANT EMERGENCY INFORMATION: If your pet is having a life-threatening emergency, proceed immediately to the nearest veterinary Emergency Hospital. You should only use UrgentVet if you’re certain that your pet can safely wait at home with no risk to their health. This service is not for use with life threatening emergencies.
OTHER INFORMATION: For your pet's safety and your privacy, you will be asked to verify your information at our clinic prior to seeing the veterinarian. You must be 18 years or older to make treatment decisions for your pet. We look forward to meeting you & helping your pet to feel better!
