They came in and went over pricing and options before they treated her and made the entire experience much more positive than we expected! My sweet 18-year-old cat had been diagnosed with kidney disease, thyroid disease, and a heart murmur. She had stopped eating and drinking, and I was devastated when another emergency vet told me it was likely time to let her go. I called several places because I knew I could not hand her over and not be with her at the end. I needed to hold her, comfort her, and be there while she passed. The staff at UrgentVet made an incredibly painful experience feel peaceful and dignified. They were compassionate, gentle, and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. I was able to be with her and hold her as she passed, which meant everything to me. I’m deeply grateful for the care they gave her and for the kindness they showed us. We saw Nikki and Dr. White today for a small emergency regarding our cat. Nikki was a total ray of sunshine, so friendly, kind, and helpful. Dr. White was very professional, explained everything well, and helped us feel at ease. In addition, despite some initial worries about a long wait, we were seen very quickly and spent only about 2 hours total from check-in to check-out. The prices are a bit expensive, but given how easily I was able to be seen (and the fact its an urgent care) I really can't complain. Thank you for helping my girl feel just a bit better. The Villages Urgent Care Veterinarian Practice is exceptional.  I would highly recommended it.  The staff are professions, kind and caring. Tianna a veterinarian assistant deserves a huge shout out!  She was sensitive, and so very professional.  She went out of her way to make us and our sweet cat as comfortable as she possibly could and was very efficient throughout the visit. I came in full panic mode over my frenchie Mocha who was experiencing some bleeding from her eye and some discomfort. Erin who I spoke with on the phone prior to going made me feel so at ease and Dr Turner. They both were extremely patient with me and Mocha and I’m forever grateful. It was so reassuring not having to stress overnight once they helped Mocha in the way they did as far as her pain and starting her on antibiotics until I could get her to an eye doctor. I will always now recommend this vet to anyone looking for after hours care. I was able to book an online appointment within the hour for my pet to be seen and fill out all the paperwork prior to arrival. While we all hope to never have to take our pets to an urgent care vet - if you do have to, this is the best place to go. They handle your pet with care, love and patience. They listen to your wants throughout the process. Everyone was so kind and caring from the moment I walked in the door with my sick dog. I highly recommend and will only use this facility for urgent needs for my pets after hours. Update - I unfortunately had to take my dog back to the urgent care vet. But thankfully the staff is beyond amazing. I have never felt more heard at a vet than here. We had an incredibly scary experience when our puppy, Cooper, accidentally ingested a blood pressure medication, but Dr. Sprague and Amy were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were extremely thorough, explained everything clearly, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. They took the time to walk us through each decision and made sure we understood what was happening and why. Most importantly, they were so patient, gentle, and compassionate with Cooper, who was understandably very scared. During such a frightening situation, having a veterinary team that was knowledgeable, reassuring, and genuinely caring made all the difference. We always felt that Cooper was in the best possible hands. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Sprague and Amy were wonderful, and we are so grateful for the care they gave Cooper. I brought my dog here when I noticed her eye was bloodshot and appeared to be rolling into the back of her head (it wasn't, it was her third eyelid). The vet techs and doctor were kind and compassionate. There was a bit of a wait but they were up front about the wait time but still not as long as an emergency vet. After examining her, they were able to send over her records to her primary vet so I can follow up with them. They sent me home with meds to get my girl feeling back to her normal self. I brought my cat in after he was having side effects from a dental extraction at his primary vet. I was very distressed as all fur parents are and they were warm, caring and professional, and had a genuine interest in my cat’s well being. A few days later when  he had not improved, I was able to get a urine sample and Skyllar graciously took it as my family was experiencing a trying time. They called me right back and told me to bring my cat up for further examination and were once again compassionate and took wonderful care of my cat. We had to take him to the cat ER but I would recommend this is your first stop unless it’s an absolute emergency. My only regret is The wonderful team cannot be my primary vet. Was very impressed with this clinic and mostly with the staff who were very friendly and showing very much concern for my cat as well as me explained everything clearly what we should do and what needed to be done and how to do it and we’re very professional and friendly and very accommodating. I would recommend this clinic to anyone that needs to see about for an urgency issue because they’re very reassuring, and they looked your animal over with care and explain everything very clearly. We had to take our Pomeranian to urgent vet in Cumming, across from the Collection He had gotten into a dangerous amount of dark chocolate. Dr. Anderson saw him immediately and took good care of him. The practice manager, Bill, stopped into the room where I was every few minutes to keep me updated. That was very impressive because I was pretty worried about our little happy bear. After several attempts to get an appointment with my regular vet ASAP and could only get an appointment 2 weekends down the road, I was worried. Good thing I founded UrgentVet. I was able to book an appointment for my dog with diarrhea (more than a week) on line and didn't have to wait for long to see the vet and her assistant. We are visiting from out of town and needed a place to bring our cat for an emergency to have his eye seen for potential conjunctivitis. Dr. Katie was incredible and quick!  When I say quick I mean I don’t think I’ve ever been in and out of a vet so fast, she had us all taken care of in under a hour, which I’m sure can’t always be the case(it is an urgent care after all) but I do appreciate how effective they were at trying to get us seen fast for such a non emergent situation! The vet tech was an angel I wish I could remember names better bc she deserves all the praise for making our guy super comfortable during his appointment. Our 14 year old dog was starting end stages of dying and it was terribly sad and hard to watch. We were hoping it would be quick but it wasn’t happening that way. My husband and I had never had to put an animal to sleep and we dreaded it but felt it was a more compassionate route as things were unfolding. The staff were not just professional but very warm and kind. The room wasn’t cold and sterile which also allowed for things to be more peaceful. Human urgent care facilities should take some lessons from the animal urgent care!  My puppy had an allergic reaction to a vaccine and our regular vet was closed for the evening. I called and was told to come immediately. As soon as we arrived we were greeted and taken to a room.  The vet explained in detail what she was going to do.  She checked my puppy over and then took her for her treatment. She brought her back and explained the next steps. She also gave me valuable information about puppy foods and future shots. I took my pup on Wednesday as she wasn't feeling good. They were great and did necessary tests. I did have to take her back Friday evening at 10:20 pm. They were of course looking forward to leaving for the night and I felt bad for the last minute visit. But, they were so great! They did a few tests and found out she has pancreatitis. Highly recommend. My cat was having issues urinating and had blood in his urine. Very easy to schedule a same day appointment online. When we arrived we got a room right away and they starting examining our cat. We were informed of all our options for exams and for treatment, including the prices, which were very affordable. They didn't do anything we didn't approve and were honest about what was necessary and what might be above and beyond necessity. Best bet clinic I've experienced. I had the unfortunate event of having to take my boyfriends sons dog here after noticing he was hurt. Google search gave me this location so I decided to go here since I had no close options that would be within my budget. I've had to take my elderly cat to emergency vet clinics before in the San Tan/Queen Creek area and those visits left me with bills over $3,000. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a tech and didn't have to wait long to be seen. The tech and vet treated Bear very well and took the utmost care in handling him. The pricing is very reasonable and didn't leave us broke so I'm happy with that but mainly more happy that they cared for Bear and were able to treat him. Got an appointment immediately. Seen immediately by caring and knowledgeable staff. They had all the diagnostic equipment to handle X-rays, anesthesia and sonograms. Dr. Sharp was incredibly friendly and professional! My husband and I had to take our dog late one evening worried she had dislocated a hip again, and they got us right in and were so sweet to our dog. They were able to do XRays on the spot and luckily nothing was dislocated but they were able to provide us with medication to help with her pain and gave us all of the aftercare instructions on what to look for and how we should follow up. They were also very upfront about prices and making sure we understood and made the choices that were right for us before doing anything, which we really appreciated because we all know vet care is not cheap! I wish they were a regular vet! Dr Randle and Marie were amazing! They took their time asking questions, doing their assessments, giving recommendations, and playing with my dogs. It did not feel rushed, and it felt like they actually cared. I was expecting to pay a hefty amount for two dogs at an ER, but they only recommended treatment they felt was absolutely necessary. I am so grateful for that!! I ended up doing other tests and getting meds for issues unrelated to my main reason for going, but I still payed way less than I was expecting. I came here one evening for my dog having a gastrointestinal issue with diarrhea and the staff was great. I was hesitant to come to an urgent care for pets, because I’ve previously had bad experiences with urgent care doctors, but Charlie and Dr. Dana were exceptional. They were great with my dog Jax, who was very nervous, and very informative about steps to helping my dog recover. Expensive but not much more than a regular vet, or at least worth it when you can't afford to wait weeks for an appointment. Base rate for exam was $135 for comparison purposes to your normal vet. Appointment setup process was easy, did not ever have to wait long at any point, but most importantly the care provided was excellent. Typical to a human Urgent Care facility.  The facility was clean and appeared to be fully stocked - at least for all the medical care & supplies we needed for our dog. The staff was VERY friendly and attentive - often asking if I had any more questions and truly listening/answering this overprotective dogdad's queries. Though we were there for 3 hours, we were regularly checked on and given clear direction of each step of our process as well as excellent take-home instructions. I recently got a puppy (9-5-26) and 2 days later she started acting funny, not eating, drinking very little, throwing up. Also we took her to this Urgent vet on Wednesday (9-9-26). Turns out she has parvo from her breeder. I will be the first to say it. These people are the best hands down. They are so affordable and for Iv fluids, parvo testing, nausea medicine, Diarrhea antibiotics, and a white and red blood cell check it was only $602! They were so sweet and patient with us and our 10 week old puppy, Daisy mae. I will never go to another urgent vet again. Since yesterday my puppy has done a complete 180. Our pup suddenly wasn’t able to keep her meals down and our regular vet couldn’t see her so they recommended UrgentVet. We are so happy we took her here! Scheduling was easy online and we were seen on time. Both the tech and Dr were super friendly and patiently answered all of our questions. Bloodwork came back with slight pancreas distress so we left with some anti nausea meds and they seemed to do the trick. I was recommended to UrgentVet by my dog’s veterinary practice as his accident happened at night after hours. I did have to wait awhile, which is expected,  but my dog received excellent care. His care instructions were very comprehensive and thorough. Not being familiar with the practice. I felt very confident my dog was in good hands. My cat had a canine tooth that had come almost out and was blocking the other canine so he couldn't open or close his mouth. Called crown emergency and got him in. Just looking at him the tech kinda told me what it might be and took him in to see the vet. Vet came in to see me with the tooth, took only minutes and it was done . Seriously helped my cat and to relieved my stress. All were so good and wasn't a hefty price for doing this. I am so grateful this place exists.  My cat had very concerning symptoms and I could not get an appointment with my regular vet.  I found UrgentVet online and was able to get in right away.  Check in was fast and smooth.  Staff was very friendly and thorough.  Luckily it ended up not being too serious - just some medication for a few days.  They called the next day to check on how my fur baby was doing which I appreciated.  I also appreciated the detailed documentation on what was done which they also sent to my primary vet. Our vet recommended we come here when they couldn’t fit us in same-day for a bleeding, swollen wound/sting/bite/unknown on my dog. I was apprehensive because we walked in without an appointment, and we once visited an emergency center for our other dog that took several hours. We were in and out of UrgentVet as timely as possible. There was a very small wait for the doctor, but that’s always to be expected at an urgent or emergency facility. Dr. Todd was thorough in her explanations and treatment plan and was very patient with my anxious boy. She also suggested possible follow up treatment to seek with our primary vet if the issue doesn’t resolve. Lastly, the visit was about the same price as our primary vet, which was a relief. The care provided to my little chihuahua was exceptional.  I highly recommend for all emergency urgent care of your pets.  All providers are kind and caring while maintaining exceptional professionalism.  The suggested care plan was explained with the cost. Our standard, Howard, was having difficulty breathing and several other urgent cares in our area could not see him. We called at 9:45 and said we could be there in 30 minutes. They told us to come on even though they close at 11. Tech and vet were both PHENOMENAL. I couldn’t recommend them enough! Do you ever meet some people and realize there truly are good souls out there? That's what happened to me today. After a random dew claw incident with my pup, I had to go in and get it handled. The Dr. (I'm sorry, I forgot her name) and Jessie were absolutely incredible. In such a high-stress situation, I was a bit beside myself. Especially with this being my first-ever urgent vet visit, they treated me with kindness and understanding. While there was a hiccup with the billing at first, we communicated and handled the situation. When you approach situations with kindness and honesty, I find you get that in return. Overall, what kind people-- they treated my dog with care as well. They will be my go-to from now on. Well, I hope not to see them, of course (I don't need doggy emergencies anymore), but if I do, I will go here. We cannot recommend UrgentVet enough! Dr Baxter and the technicians were great with my boy who was in after a dog fight. They took GREAT care of Walter and explained everything to me. I brought my kitty boy in tonight after a scare. Everyone I met was so kind, gentle, and reassuring. I was offered so many options for treatment, education, and guidance for what to do after we left. They offer a 2 day waiver for the exam fee if we needed to come back which is really lovely and made me feel like they are confident in the care they provide for their patients. We arrived early and immediately were triaged by a kind knowledgeable employee , and despite being early we immediately we put in a room that was clean, quiet, smelled nice, and had dimmable lights. I’ve had a lot of traumatic experiences with vets and I felt so safe taking my kitty boy to this location. I will always highly recommend this clinic to anyone (and already did to my mom). Although, the bloodwork and xrays came back normal (which is a good thing), it is always a bit disappointing to not have answers as to why your pet is not feeling well, on the flip side, it was nice to be able to rule out anything major.    I would definitely recommend them.  Booking online was a breeze.  I booked at 2:00 for a 3:20 appt the same day. After my vet and another vet in Kenosha said the soonest they could see my sick cat would be 3-4 weeks, they recommended UrgentVet in Oak Creek and said the charges were more reasonable than the local Emergency Hospital.  It was a 30 minute drive and very easy to find.  I parked right in front of their front door, was greeted by a nurse the moment I came through the door and was ushered immediately into a waiting room.  After hearing my concerns about my 12 yr old cat, the nurse took my cat in the back to be examined by their doctor, who later came to tell me what could possibly be making my cat sick.  I agreed for them to give my cat something for being dehydrated and anti-nausea medication and said I would follow their recommendation to make an appointment for a full examination, bloodwork and routine annual shots with our regular veterinarian to learn more about why my cat was sick today.  I am so happy there is a facility like UrgentVet to examine my cat in an emergency instead of having to wait a month to see our regular vet or wait for hours and be charged an exorbitant price to be seen at the local Emergency Hospital in Kenosha.  UrgentVet-Oak Creek’s staff were very friendly, compassionate and took immediate action trying to help my cat’s medical problem.  The facility is clean, orderly, easy to find and open 365 days with convenient hours for people to walk-in without an appointment and receive medical treatment for their cherished pet in times of need for a reasonable price.  I definitely will highly recommend UrgentVet-Oak Creek to family and friends.  In a world gone crazy, knowing there is a place like UrgentVet is very heartwarming. I needed an emergency vet for my 3 yr old kitten that was grieving over the human he had picked out. I liked the fact that you could make an appointment online. They called to let me know the Ver was running a little late from Va Beach. When I got there I checked in and only had to wait 10 min before being taken to a meow exam room. The vet tech was wonderful and very gentle when taking his vitals . She even brought in a treat that was supposed to help his appetite. I liked the Vet. I liked the fact that they put it all in writing with the costs . I did not choose all because I know my kitten did not need all of them They gave him fluids . They did not want to be paid before he was taken back for treatment in case he didn't let them do things. Only pay for services you use. I got some medications in syringes to squirt in to his mouth so I didn't have to worry about trying to camouflage them in pill pockets & hope they got down. Very kind in all ways. The care for my pet was prompt and courteous.  The veterinarian as well as the technicians were patient and allowed for questions without feeling rushed.   After results were received from testing the concerns were addressed and the Vet provided me with an immediate start of treatment for my pets condition with instructions for follow up with my primary Vet. The first time we came here,  our 12yo lost all movement and feeling in her back legs. The vet was honest with us, so we made the hard decision. They were amazing with us and our kids during the process. The vet techs were so kind and patient, even though it was the end of their work day. So When my new rescue showed signed of an ear infection this weekend, I knew it would cost more to go there, but I didn’t want to wait it out until we could see my regular vet. I called them a few months back as my 15 yr old best friend Bailey was struggling. They walked me through the process of end of life care. They were very kind and supportive.  He made it another 4 months without needing there services. Until right before father's day he told me it was time as he was so week he could stand up. This office is full of the most amazing people.  They gave me all the time I needed to say good by and understood my devastation.  I picked up his ashes about a week or so later and it was in the most beautiful bag and box. I had a hard time picking him bsck up and ended up just running out. They then sent me grief info and a beautiful card in the mail. I thank them so much. Even though it was the worst time of my life, they helped ease me through it. I’m always reluctant to try a doctor who is not recommended from a friend or family member but I was very concerned about my dog and new he needed medical attention asap on a holiday, so googled urgent/24 hour vets and was extremely happy with how well my dog was treated. I took my dog here today because he was experiencing difficulty breathing and my vet was closed due to it being a holiday. We had to wait nearly 45 minutes to be seen but that’s understandable when it’s a holiday. They were very friendly, diagnosed him promptly (he has quite a bit of neck pain) and prescribed him meds with care instructions. They are very reasonable with costs as well. We had a small emergency on Labor Day. UrgentVet got us in immediately, even asking how long it would take to arrive. They saw us as soon as we got there, and the whole appointment took 30 minutes. First time we've been here.  Took our 7 month old male rough Collie puppy in because of very loose stools, vomiting and no appetite which  came on suddenly out of nowhere.  I live very close by but since it was a Holiday this was the nearest to my house which came in very handy!  The process starts by going online and submitting all your information and concerns ahead of time and to make sure your pet is a candidate for the all the different types of care that they offer. There are some exceptions that they cannot treat, but thankfully our Zach was able to be seen as the very first patient when they opened! They took him immediately and did a quick assessment and then the Doctor came in, did a quick physical and then decided on the best treatment plan for him, which was medication and a change of diet for several days. He was also tested for a virus and to make sure he wasn't contagious for our 2 cats as well which was very reassuring!  We were in and out in about 2 and half hours despite multiple other pets needing emergency and urgent care at the same time!  We would definitely go back!  Conveniently located on South Howell Avenue in Oak Creek and plenty of parking for an easy in and out and on your way.  Thank you to his Doctor and Vet Technician!

It always happens on a holiday, right?  So glad UrgentVet was there to look at my dog's ears to get a jump on any trouble brewing since I would be unable to get to my regular vet for several days.  Sure, I gad a wait, but claiming a spot on line was handy.  I was greeted at the door, taken to a room and had vitals checked promptly.  Staff all was great, Informative, and friendly.  They gave me treatment options of differing levels so I could consider costs. Couldn’t rave more about this place! The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming and absolutely adored our fur baby! We came in thinking the worst and we left feeling so relieved. A huge shoutout to Valentina for her amazing professionalism and dedication to her job! You can tell she loves animals with every fiber of her being. This was my first time coming to this clinic, and I was so thankful for the experience we had. It was Labor Day weekend, and I was really worried about my cat, Loki. He had started peeing outside of his litter box and has a history of urinary issues, including a previous blockage, so I knew I didn’t want to wait. We had a 4:00 appointment, and from the moment I walked in, everything was seamless. I was greeted right away at the front desk and quickly taken back to a room. Someone came in almost immediately, listened to what was going on, and explained our options. They took Loki back to examine him, brought him back to me, and then walked me through the different options for his care. I really appreciated that I never felt pressured. They explained everything, answered my questions, and let me be part of deciding the best next steps for him. The veterinary assistant and the veterinarian were both wonderful. They took great care of Loki, made sure we had everything we needed before discharge, and helped make a stressful situation feel much more manageable. We were also in and out in just an hour and ten minutes, which was amazing for an emergency vet visit! The clinic itself was incredibly clean and organized, and it honestly didn’t have that chaotic or overwhelming feeling you sometimes expect from an emergency vet. I was also pleasantly surprised by how affordable the visit was compared with other emergency veterinary experiences I’ve had. Thank you so much for taking care of Loki! I sincerely hope we don’t need another emergency vet visit anytime soon, but if we do, this is absolutely where I’ll be bringing him. Highly recommend!

My dog cracked one of his toenails and exposed the quick.  He was obviously in pain, but my normal vet was closed for the long holiday weekend and it was not life threatening to go to ER. Our dog Ava was running around and accidentally tore off her pinky claw, so we immediately took her to  Naples UrgentVet.  We were admitted immediately, and Dr. Temple and the entire staff were amazing from start to finish.  Ava's foot was wrapped up and we were out the door in less than 1 hour. I don’t ever write reviews but I must write one for this place. Dr. Stafford and Lidia were so helpful and kind both times I’ve come here! I brought my dog in yesterday because he was in pain after surgery at our primary clinic and Dr. Stafford and Lidia helped so much figuring out what my dog needed. After giving him the medicine they prescribed him, he has finally been able to sleep and lay down without immense pain. I went there for end of life care for my baby girl. The tech that worked with me was wonderful and more than kind. My mind was somewhere else so I don’t remember his name but he was patient and caring and gentle with my girl and my feelings. Very helpful when explaining my options and they make it really easy to choose what to do. They make sure you know you are making the right decision for your pet and give you all the time you need to say goodbye. Very kind and helpful staff. They helped get us on the schedule when I wasn't sure how the process worked as we had never been there before. My dog was assessed briefly and then we were able to go back home to wait until our appointment time. Then we were brought right into an exam room when we arrived. I am highly recommending UrgentVet for any and all emergencies your pet may need. My precious little beagle wasn’t eating and I was able to get her in and seen.   The Dr. was amazing.   The technician was amazing.  The comfort and caring was very nice and important.  I also believe that the cost was probably a third to half of what it would have been had I gone to an emergency vet. Called Urgent Care when I found my sweet cat lying flat and just barely being able to slither. They told me to bring him in, but sadly as I was driving there, he passed away and I hadn’t known until I got there. I brought him in and they dropped everything they were doing immediately to administer aid!  Even asked me if I wanted them to try to revive him? The young, sweet, pretty girl who comforted me was like an angel!  I give them the highest rating possible, because they’re so kind and compassionate! The team here is absolutely phenomenal. Every vet tech I have worked with has been kind, accommodating, and compassionate. My dog is fearful and reactive. We started coming here a few years ago after he opened some surgical stitches and we couldn't be seen by his primary. If they weren't an emergency vet, I'd make them his primary. We are from Ohio in town here visiting family When the unexpected happened with our dog. Milo got attacked by another dog. I scheduled a visit immediately and we got in right away. The staff and Doctor were excellent! They immediately stepped in and cared for our Milo quickly and with caring hearts. I am so thankful that they were available and were able to get him in and taken care of as quickly as they did. I definitely appreciated it! The staff is extremely friendly and were very helpful. We actually never figured out why he became anemic but UrgentVet was super helpful nonetheless! My cat presented with lethargy, lip-licking, hiding last night. Not eating, not drinking We took her to an emergent vet last night, and we got no answers and a big bill, because the vet never so much as touched our cat. We took her to Urgent Vet this morning. The assistant recognized me from bringing in our I the cat for a UTI.  They took us back and though they were obviously busy and we did have to wait awhile, within two minutes of seeing our cat, the vet smelled stinkinesd on her breath, and found she had two infected teeth, one on each side, which they showed us. They got more fluids on her, as well as an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory, made sure she seemed interested in eating again (churu!) and gave us suggestions on what to feed her that might appeal to her appetite until her teeth are pulled by our regular vet. By the time we got home, 20 minutes later, she was much more lively and ate some of what the vet recommended (her usual food with warm water). Wanted to add, our cat was also much less stressed here compared to the ER vet with yowling dogs. This is a great place for situations where your pet definitely needs immediate care but is stable. This is going to be where I bring my pets for these kinds of situations after hours and on weekends from now on. We arrived and it was an extremely long visit, however, we did not have a spot reserved ahead of time so that was definitely expected. Every staff member was kind, efficient, and took the time to answer any questions that I might’ve had. Instructions were clear for at home follow up care. It was much appreciated. I absolutely love this place! Very professional, kind, knowledgeable, loved the Vet and especially loved Matt, the vet tech. The office. was very clean too, and I i appreciate. that. Yes, it's urgent care, but it was well worth it to have that peace of mind on a Labor Day Sunday when the only other vet open was the emergency vet In a different area. I will definitely use them again. They are reasonably priced for being an urgent vet. Took one of our dogs in because she was throwing up and had some dark diarrhea the next morning. Today we had to put down our cat Smokey, after 13 wonderful years.  The CVT brought us to a private room and let us have as much time as we needed to say goodbye. She clearly explained the process and what to expect.  Smokey was sedated and was calm and not in pain. They layed him on a blanket on my husband's lap and injected the final medicine. Today was my first visit to Hatfield Urgent Vet clinic and it was fabulous. The vet tech Amy was superb and explained all the events and medications thoroughly Dr. Applebaum was kind, caring and attentive to our needs. They covered all of Giovanni’s medical needs with ease. My little Munchkin cat urinated blood . I was of course upset and immediately looked for a vet in Naples Fl that was open . Dr Bradley Temple and iggy were amazing .. I brought Noah in right away . They did an ultrasound , lab work , a full exam and filled and administered in the spot medication treatment . They were so kind and caring . We had an excellent experience at the veterinary urgent care center this morning. The veterinary assistant was exceptional—warm, caring, and respectful toward both our dog and us. The veterinarian was attentive, personable, and kind. We were especially impressed by how much time she took to explain everything and answer all of our questions. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at UrgentVet, especially Liz, the General Manager. She was absolutely amazing—kind, compassionate, calm, and incredibly thorough during a moment when I was scared and struggling to process everything happening with Waylon. Liz literally sat on the floor with me and Waylon while she explained everything in detail, patiently repeating herself as many times as I needed. When it became clear that Waylon needed to be transferred to Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists, she called ahead to notify them we were coming, explained exactly what the transfer process would look like, and then went over it with me again to make sure I understood. She walked us all the way out to the car, and at one point even told me that if anything got worse, she would be getting in the car with us. That moment has stuck with me because it perfectly describes the kind of person she is. I know Liz wasn't Waylon's veterinarian, but honestly, she might as well have been for the level of care she gave both of us. She is truly in the right field. Her compassion cannot be taught, and I will never forget how she treated us during such a frightening situation. If your pet needs urgent care, I would absolutely recommend UrgentVet. One of my fur babies was vomiting for two days, after every meal. I knew because of her sensitive stomach issues she couldn't wait until Tuesday when her vet opens so I looked up this place. They have a feature that saves your spot so when you get there you go into a room to wait for the tech and vet. So I went online and scheduled it, we got there checked in using one of their check in kiosks within 5 minutes we were in a room. About 10 minutes later a tech came in, then 15 minutes later we saw the vet. They were friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, told me what was happening, what can be done to help her. The price was....wow. I mean I was expecting a lot of $$ but no very, very reasonable. After an hour we were on our way back home. So would I recommend yes, 1,000%!! I didn’t know the warning signs of pancreatitis in my dog. All I knew was she was in pain and throwing up. Kim was amazing! I didn’t know what was best for her, thinking I needed an ER, but she took time and explained what the best approach would be. I realized Dr Britt really knew her job once she walked in the room.
