Lucas Honore

From a young age, Lucas always knew that he wanted to work with animals; it was either becoming a Neonatologist or a Veterinarian. Around age 10, Lucas knew which career path he wanted, and thus his road to veterinary medicine began.

Lucas earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Louisiana State University in Biology (Geaux Tigers!), and then continued his education at Vet Tech Institute where he became a Licensed Veterinary Technician, all while serving in the United States Army (HOOAH!)

Since 2010, Lucas has worked in the veterinary field, finding his niche in mentoring, and developing other technicians, and also helping new and problematic clinics grow and flourish successfully. Serving as the Practice Manager for UrgentVet – The Woodlands allows Lucas to draw upon his vast experience.

When Lucas isn’t in the clinic looking after your pets, he is spending time with his wife, daughter, and multiple fur babies. For the parents in the area, please know that Lucas and his team are here for you – standing by to give hugs and snuggles and exceptional care to the pets and The Woodlands, TX and surrounding areas.
