Dr. Megan Joyce

Dr. Megan Joyce graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in 2011 where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, with a minor in Spanish Studies. She then worked for the Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve in Naples, FL as an education specialist before realizing her dream of becoming a veterinarian. Dr. Joyce graduated from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in 2019.

She recently moved to the Lakewood Ranch-Bradenton area to join the UrgentVet team and looks forward to helping your pets! When she’s not practicing veterinary medicine, you can find her at the beach, practicing yoga or volunteering in the community.
