Dr. Clark Campbell

Dr. Clark Campbell, DVM, was raised in Colorado and graduated from the Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology with his Certified Veterinary Technician degree in 1994.  Afterword he attended the University of Denver where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Technology with double minors in Biology and Chemistry.  Following his undergraduate studies, he worked as a CVT for 12 years in emergency and critical care as well as at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo in Colorado Springs.  Dr. Campbell received his doctorate degree in veterinary medicine from Mississippi State University in 2011. After graduation, he furthered his is passion for exotics and wildlife while working as a temporary associate veterinarian at Denver Zoo for ~ one-year.   For the past 10 years he has enjoyed a challenging career in small animal emergency and critical care medicine in S.W. Florida and joins the brand new UrgentVet team in Sarasota in June of 2021.

Dr. Campbell has interest in and performs all aspects of urgent care / emergency and critical care medicine.  In his off time, Dr. Campbell spends time in the wilderness or on his hobby farm with his wife 3 dogs R.C, Dexter and Syrup and is accompanied at home with his bad cat, Turtle, 2 horses, 2 roosters and flock of hens.
