Adrianna Neal

Growing up in Austin, Texas, Adrianna knew she had a deep found love for animals at an early age. Her favorite memory is when she rescued an American Bulldog who just had a full litter and sadly lost them to Parvo. Soon after, she found a litter of puppies who needed a mom and she knew just the girl for the job! The bulldog mom she rescued nursed and loved the litter of puppies until Adrianna found homes for all of them. This moving experience is one she holds close to her heart.

Prior to entering the Veterinary field, Adrianna spent time working in marketing and graphic design. When a position opened up at a local general practice, Adrianna seized the opportunity.

Adrianna comes to UrgentVet with 15 years of experience ranging from general practice setting to grooming to rescues. This well-rounded experience has positioned her nicely for her role as the leader of a state-of-the-art clinic with a team of Fear Free Certified professionals.

Outside of UrgentVet, Adrianna loves to spend time watching anime with her two teenage daughters (Kianna and Nitara). She also enjoys participating in various volunteer opportunities that provide veterinary mentorships for BIPOC high school students.

Adrianna resides in Austin, with her husband (Omas), Kianna, Nitara, and their two cats (a Torti cat named Linx and a Calico cat named Jinx).

She’s proud to be the Practice Manager of UrgentVet McKinney where she can help pets, pet parents and, at the same time, help her team to continuously learn and develop.
